Hotel Mercure Paris Saint-Ouen

Good location and close to Metro so travel in the city was good

Bathroom was tired looking with wear on the floor of the bath and the shower was missing the holder meaning you had to hold the nozzle in your hand all the time.

Location was good, a little further out of the main city. Took around an hour and a half to walk to the main area. Room was cleaned everyday and staff were lovely.

We booked a double room and the bed was just two single beds pushed together so it was uncomfortable, was quite noisy when the windows were open and you had to reconnect the tv everyday to get the internet to work.

Very Modern and well looked after everything was very clean and the metro station close by

A great location, a fabulous breakfast, a lovely room with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The collection of empty bottles and dirty dishes by the elevator grew larger each day and the carpet in the hallway was never vacuumed during my 3 night stay. The elevator was next to my room and made an incredibly loud noise when in use. In fairness, the staff is aware and offered me another room.

Well appointed & clean room

A little out of the way but metro quite close

The staff are very pleasant, the breakfast is not perfect, but ok, although always the same thing over the course of months.

The heating system does not work. And an upgrade to a Premium Suite is even worse, because the Room is bigger, and thus, the heating is even more dispersed... Temperature reads 23 degrees but it is actually 17-18 degrees...

Terrible service. Contact details for the hotel do not work and it’s very difficult to get in contact with them and when you eventually do they are incredibly unhelpful. Would not recommend.

Just the bed

I didn’t like the room no access to open the window, the room it didn’t have fresh air,

Close to Stade de France. Quiet rooms, could not hear anyone else.

The hotel is not in the best part of town and can feel a little sketchy at night. The room was very basic with peeling paint in the bathroom and a hole where a painting hung.

We arrived by car and the parking was the essence of our choice of location. Everything was ok and functional. Kind staff member dealt with our reserved parking.

Corner room was a bit too sunny. Food and B. was not something to rejoice about. I believe we went for a pizza somewhere down the street. There was not really a 'wow' we are in Paris feeling.

Passable

The carpets where dirty and the waiting area/reception area was dirty. Please clean the waiting area chairs you see the accumulated dirt and smell from the chairs. There were no shower caps in the bathroom and an extra blanket in the room.

Staff was b8ce and helpful that put in a delicious breakfast. Beds were comfy, soundproofing was amazing, nice shower and clean.

Nothing to complain about, maybe a bit far from public transportation metro but there bus and taxis all working well.

Good location, easy to.get to the public transport, the area is good. Lidl, restaurants, pizza shop.and bakery closed by. Clean room,comfortable bed, stuff was helpful and nice . Highly recommend

The room was to warm non of the TV was in English there was no tea except fruit ones and breakfast the bacon was cold the scrabble was was not cook properly there was no beans or tomatoes there was no tea bags u had to make ur own which was no good atall there was no milk or water in the room the shower was broken and didn't work properly

I like the location of this Hotel...they are bakery and Restaurant nearby and the Staff are also friendly..very recommend next time im in Paris..
