Friendly staff. Good price.

Problems with the heating system. Room was cold during the night.

I don't like to WIFI in lobby area which is on and off, not strong signal.

Overall, the property was clean, and the staff were friendly and genuinely tried to be helpful.

The bathroom drain was not draining properly. I reported it and requested service, but when I returned to the room the next day, the issue was still the same. Also, the AC was not heating well, and the facility feels quite old.

Breakfast was decent, location was good for our purpose, wanted to be near family, staff was mostly pleasant, housekeeping was great.

I had asked if it's okay that I'll be checking in after midnight, and was told they have 24 hr front desk. However, upon arriving, place was dark and locked. No doorbell etc. Called few times until someone came to open and I clearly woke him up. He provided no information about anything except room number. During check in and check out their payment system had to charge my credit card twice, still have an extra charge pending on my card.

Location

Geyser water was cold on the day I left and nobody seemed to know that the water was cold. On arrival we were given 1 bottle of water and upon enquiry, we were told that is the way it is, 1 bottle of water per room!!!!

Ease to defense arena, transportation easy to reach.

the place is clean and the design is nice. Rooms and kitchen/bar are nice and lovely professional people are staying in this hotel.

I didn't like the service. No slippers in the room and even they ran out of soap stock! So i didn't have soap in room. Also they checked out me 1 day earlier by mistake which is unprofessional!

There was no hot water. Staff were not helpful in trying to fix the problem or help me find solutions (even as simple as moving me to a different room). Imm

Location was great. Fantastic breakfast options. Housekeeping was very good. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Only complaint was the room across the way had a dog. Woken early by barking and had to ring reception re barking at 1a.m.

Very poor experience. Unfriendly staff, poor breakfast, very poor room's amenities (no coffee/tea in the room, no slippers, no bathrobe, not even a directory of numbers to call the front desk...I had to guess...). Very very bad.

All in all a good place to stay for a few days. Nice staff and clean.

Sunday evening no restaurant or bar service and the area has only a few fast-food places. Not a nice experience. The hotel could offer a limited bar service with a few snacks.

the hotel restaurant was closed and no option to eat lunch or dinner in the hotel - for the festive period in which many restaurants outside also close, this was a strong disadvantage for guests

Location, Staff, FacilitiesAnd arrangements were really good.. Staff was always available for any help if needed and they were supportive in case of any issues being reported.

Many rooms were under maintenance, this resulted in me changing the room 2 times in 2 days.. AC was not working in 1st room2nd Room was marked as ready for check-In, but room was not clean and i had to eventually change the room again..3rd room had no issues and i had continued there for a week.

Clean, newly renovated, quiet at night. The staff were great and very competent.

Do not get this hotel, please.

Terrible staff, they blocked me the access to a room after a long day looking the city because a mistake of the person in charge to manage my arrival, he charged just one room by mistake to my credit card (i got two rooms), surprise? i lost my access to one of my room with all my stuff inside... i was very very angry, i was not able to enter to my room until i got the mister at the lobby to SOLVE HIS MISTAKE.The coffe maker in one of my rooms did not work, every time that i said in the lobby that was a failure and asking for a replacement they just wrote in a sticker something like "coffe room number" ant that's it anything happened, i got all of my time in that hotel trying to get a coffe maker replacement.

Quiet hotel not far from the centre of Paris, nice fitness room, good breakfast.

It took more than 20 minutes to check me in and also the check out was slow, the quality of the food in the restaurant was not what I expected.
