Hotel Mercure Paris Suresnes Longchamp

The property was clean and cozy.

What I didn’t like about the property was how the beds were uncomfortable and creaking every time we moved☹️.

Simple and convenient. Quiet room.

One elevator with long waiting time when others were also waiting for the elevator. I then took the stairs.

Nice and cosy little hotel just west of Paris. I had a very nice room on the fifth floor and that made all the difference... I loved the Suresnes market on Saturday mornings... If you have business in Suresnes, I recommend it.

Pretty good standard and nice breakfast. Good free coffee. Great location for my own work. Nice staff.

Very small room with extremely thin walls. No sound isolation between the rooms. Cleaning could be better, but it was ok. No iron and no fridge. Closet not clean enough for use. Staff not speaking English.

Location for racing at Longchamp is perfect. Hôtel comfortable and clean. Breakfast good.

A little expensive for the solo traveler. Would advise having breakfast at the hotel as nowhere in the location albeit a bit pricey.

Did have nice coffee machine and rooms well lit. Window opened for fresh air. Safe area to walk and convenient for longchamp races.

Extremely rude man named Tarek at check in. He seemed annoyed to have to check us in and then when we tried to get a drink later he was too busy smoozing his girlfriend and again very rude to myself and other customers when we tried to get service. Very unprofessional and not expected from an IHG property. The morning girl was nice but spoke very little english. Room very small and no soundproofing from outside or other guests. Room looked directly into next door apartments living room! Breakfast very limited offerings. Lobby and cafe area very small.

Location was great, 5 minute walk to the metro and bus station right infront of the property.Room was more spacious than most in Paris.Staff was more than helpful always.

No AC, only heater. It was a bit hot for the first 2 days we stayed there.Windows had no nets, so if you open the window for some fresh air, you'll have bugs inside. I killed 4 spiders during my stay :).

Very charming and they gave us slippers and robe. Staff was very nice. Had access to water 24hrs. Location was good

The rooms are a little tight

Lovely little hotel in quiet and relaxed Paris neighbourhood. Easy to get bus or train anywhere. Comfortable stay and room was a nice temperature given it was very hot when we stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was a little small but is to be expected staying in the city.

Not far from the town centre

Bar was closed on a Friday at 21.00

It was OK. Small boutique hotel.

The room was very small. Nowhere to put our stuff. Bathroom so small too and again nowhere to put stuff. Breakfast selection could be better. Very few choices. Definitely not worth £16/€16

Comfortable rooms and a good location in Suresnes. Staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast
