Great location to train station.

This hotel does NOT PROVIDE HOTEL SHUTTLE. They will order one for you at your expense only on return trip from hotel to airport. Misleading to say hotel has airport shuttle. No restaurants/bars/bakery¿s close by

The staff were all amazing, breakfast for 15 euro is really good.

Simply the location from center of Paris, although we did know about it when booking. The bathroom also had no cover in the shower so flooding is inevitable.

The hotel refused to accomodate us and refund. The staff and the location was the worst of the worst. If you have family dont stay here.

Friendliness of the reception is outstanding and helps you all the way. Good view of the tower (closer in person but phone camera is a bit far) Great fast food options nearby. Breakfast was goof considering the size of the hotel.

Unsure if there is a parking space available (no reservations) when checking in but it worked due to low season.

The staff are amazing and friendly. Ceilia (sp?) (who speaks 8 languages) was incredible and helped us with everything. The room was quiet, very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend getting a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and balcony, very much worth it! There is also a rooftop balcony which is great. It's easy to get around from here. There is also breakfast on-site and a great little fast food restaurant next door called ''Le 66' which is also great and open late.

Can't say I didn't like anything, too bad its not closer to the center but totally worth the extra few minutes

The hotel is very small but comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The metro is right next door and a short ride to La Defense which is a big hub with all metro lines. There are a few restaurants in the vicinity for a quick bite.

Breakfast was very blend with limited choices.

It was on a quiet block. The property is located right near the tram which takes you La Defense where you find all all the Metro lines. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower. Refreshment in the lobby.

Breakfast was basically the same everyday, so more diversity.

Near the station, only 3 minutes walk! 30 minutes to the center of Paris. Nice big terrace. There’s also a common terrace with the Eiffel tower view. Too bad I can’t post a video, the photo doesn’t do justice

The front office staff and room service were exceptionally friendly and professional, contributing to a pleasant experience. However, we were disappointed that the air conditioning in our room did not function as needed, making it difficult to adjust the temperature for comfort. Despite raising the issue multiple times, the problem was not resolved during our stay, as the concern seemed to be passed between staff without a solution. Despite this setback, we appreciated the hotel’s prime location and overall service, and we would consider staying again in the future. The carpet and curtains look terrible! Stained and dirty. The window in the room was broken and not replaced, the water from the shower spread throughout the bathroom.

2 night visit to attend a sporting event. Hotel Clean and Tidy, Staff welcoming and helpful, Rooms good with comfortable beds. As we arrived by car (pickup truck) booked car park at hotel, unfortunately our vehicle didn't fit as to high! Staff helped us to find alternative close by. BIG Bonus Tram station is 1 min walk away with great connections to Paris and Parc des Princes stadium. Special Thanks to Jordan who checked us in at Hotel earlier spent a very generous amount of his own time assisting us with purchasing passes for the train network GOOD GUY Thanks.

By Trade all members of our party are connected to the gardening industry. As you have such a lot of green features it was a shame they were a bit neglected.

Comfortable bed and clean, nice room.

The water was cold, the sink drain is almost clogged which they need to fix, the breakfast options were limited and the same everyday, too far from central as on the website they make it seem like they are close to central paris because of the eiffel tower view but it’s barely noticeable as it’s distant.

Location and access to public transport

The road facing rooms on the front could become a bit noisy in the night or morning. So no lazy calm mornings. Improved insulation on the doors would help

very nice hotel in Suresnes! The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff is very helpful and speaks English very well. I would especially like to point out Illios who was very helpful with every question we had. The breakfast was also very tasty and varied. There is a coffee machine in the lobby so you can make fresh coffee yourself and it's a nice touch. If you want to go to the center of Paris it is not far around 25 min in Uber. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I recommend.

The location is right next to a tram station and was so central to Paris. The staff were great and rooms were very clean
