Novotel Paris Suresnes Longchamp

This is centrally located to many things with walking to many stores and restaurants! It offers private parking for a small fee if 15 dollars daily but secure and at hotel. The rooms were true Paris style¿ small and quaint but clean .staff amazing

The location . We could not connect our phones to the tv and the option on the menu were not that great

Being vegetarians the breakfast was the only disappointing thing during our stay. Rest everything was worth appreciating. Special mention and shout out for your effort to keep the balloon and birthday note in the room for my son. Really appreciate.

As mentioned above breakfast was the only thing that we dint like. There were hardly any options for vegetarians.

Very decent hotel right out of Paris - easy to access by car. Staff was nice and welcoming.Breakfast was great too as far as a continental breakfast can be.

Wonderful Hotel-Wonderful staff-

Being a tea drinker... I missed my daily tea boost.. as the teabags in the hotel were ... well...??. but I guess being in France.. I should really just have coffees and lattes and cappuccinos..

Everything from start to finish…First the decoration of the entrance and reception… Second We were welcome very professionally from the reception Lady ‘ Oceane’ which was really a very good representative of Novotel Paris Suresnes Longchamp….Her colleague Romain was very helpful and thoughtful too as we were hungry. He went to the kitchen to prepare our food and lay the table without a sign of anger! He always smiled during his work , and of course Oceane was very attentive of what we needed. Well done Manger… you got a very good team in place! ???…a big thank you to you All!

I like the lobby of this hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast has many choices. Staff were very helpful. Bed and beddings were comfy. I like that there is a water dispenser in the hallway and you can refill the pitcher they provided anytime. It's very close to Seine River. It's a bit outside Paris but taxi doesn't cost that much and it's faster to get to Arc de Triomphe which was the first we visited.

I wish that the toilet is not separated from the shower or at least, it would be better if there's a bidet. The sofa bed was too big for our son and it occupied a lot of space which make it difficult for us to take a peak at the window and move around the room hence we have huge suitcases with us.

The location is not good. Parking has slots but the hotel always put the board with complete full. The employees are not professional in checkin.

Employee is not professional during checkin. Room is dirty with pillows are smelly. Power cut for 2 times. Parking slots are still available but the hotel put the board with complete full all the time. Location is not convenient for anything. Breakfast is boring.

The breakfast is good. The room is made up daily and kept clean.

The young front office staff lack smile on the face and they serve customer as routine.The breakfast is same everyday. The food items at the breakfast are not labeled.

A good hotel, located in a quiet area, reasonably connected to public transport lines. A clean hotel, tastefully arranged, where the staff is very attentive and dedicated, so that you feel comfortable. Good breakfast, varied enough, with what you need to start the day ok. For those who do not have a car and want to visit Paris, I can tell them that if they use any form of public transport to get to the center, the journey time is invariably over an hour and the cost is 3.5 euros per person minimum, but using Uber or Bolt, the cost is 12-13 euros and the lost time is reduced to less than half, i.e. 30-40 min.

Because it is a 4-star hotel, we should find in the room: a refrigerator or a shoe rack and, somewhere, an automatic shoe cleaner so that you can remove the dust from the Tuilleries gardens!

Rooms were quite warm and air conditioning didn't seem to work.

The decor was amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough for - we stayed for longchamp racing and wouldn’t stay anywhere else now 10/10

Staff were not very helpful. The hotel is far out from the centre and they didn’t help with public transport questions. It was also a big birthday for me and they couldn’t help to get my husband a cake or anything. We asked for help to store our luggage at their sister hotel but again they wouldn’t help.

The confort an decoration. The simpaty to havw my room 30 mintes earlier.

Is everything standard. When a gest atrived from a trip or for working after hours the hotel don t have any furnirure or snak i arrived at 22h from work i have rhe bar open just with drinks, you dont have a roo service or a something to offer to eat.Dont have water in the roomWhen i arrived to the room i have towels from the last gest....
