Staff was great, They warmed our food when we asked.

Too Far from connectivity. Room has no Kettle or anything apart frombed.

Never again. Will shorten my stay of one night. It does not feel safe.

Location convenience.

Staff behaviour. I was charged a cancellation fee additionally from my card after our stay. Customer service response both from hotel management and from booking.com were not satisfying. When I complained to customer service, initially they called and promised me that they will check with the hotel and revert back. But no update after that.

Good facility and good staffs

Very clean room, the staff kept our rooms clean. Lobby for guests is very large and neat.

The receptionist on the day we checked in on Sept 25 around noon. The male receptionist appeared very busy sorting cards, did not acknowledge our presence, we had to wait 10 minutes before he said something to us. He should not be sitting in the reception desk if he does not have a friendly personality. Very disappointing welcome for us. The following days, the receptionists were 200% better, we enjoyed talking to them.No room service, have to go to the lobby to get coffee in the morning. Coffee is very good, but must have to-go cups all the time so we can bring coffee to our rooms.

The rate was good and easily accessible by taxis.

Terrible - There was a thief in the lobby, and no meals on the counter during night. No complimentary coffee in the rooms also no free water in the room. Window view shows you graveyard and ac/heater was not working properly.

Comfortable. Friendly staff. Clean.

I was depending on Paris transit and it was a bit of a distance/walk from subway lines. Total travel time to centre of Paris is about 35-40 minutes. Better for tour groups travelling by dedicated bus.

Location, no water bottles, water from dispenser tastes weird , no waste bin

There was one of the front office staff ( black guy) that responded to me rudely when I enquired about having fridge in the room.

Location close to Gentilly RER ease of walking there with luggageAlternatively subway 14 / 7 is also an option but should communicate to cross Kellermann parc to reach there

The synthetic bed protective cover was a real deal breaker that resulted in me not giving ExcellentI woke up every night in the midst of a pool of sweatGet rid of that thing

Breakfast was decent, although with limited amount of options.

My room was very small, there aren't any restaurants close to the hotel.

Staff and cleanness

Location was 20 min walk female metro and the room was supersmall for 3 people.

Room was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Restaurant evening meal was good ?

There was nothing that I found disappointing

Nice staff, very helpful and welcoming. A very small but clean room and nice reception area. In the end you get what you pay for.

Very far from the meteo station, if the park is closed(after 5pm) it took us half an hour to get to the hotel in a very schetchy area. Breakfast is expensive and with very limited oprions, not worth it at all

Cleanliness is good ?? The bed covers are white and very clean. The room is cleaned every day.

I contacted the hotel in advance and arranged to book two rooms close to each other. But the receptionist changed one of the rooms and put it on another floor!! He explained that he crossed out the number and added another room reservation. Unfortunately, such behavior is not good and gives a bad impression of the reception staff.

Polite staff, good location.

Too tiny rooms. No even a kettle available to borrow (we have been with a baby). Breakfast was supposed to finish at 10am, but at 9am already half was empty and we needed to ask for each product and to wait for it.

Breakfast is pretty good but the breakfast room (although pretty big) could be quite busy. Location is pretty good although the path to metro station is efficient only during daytime when the nearby park is open.

The cleanness of the bathroom was not perfect and the air conditioning was pretty noisy and not working efficiently. Towels are not changed daily unless you ask for.
