Pros +
- Staff was helpful. Lady during the evening hours gave us extra blanket too.
- There were dishes, cooking equipment, forks/spoons/etc., even a wine opener and a dishwasher.
- the service the personnel provided us, each one of them were very helpful and friendly.
Cons -
- No coffee machine, no tea/coffee packets in the room, no slippers. Parking for guest should be subsidized.
- The worst part was the shower. It was clearly not cleaned in a while with an abundance of dust/mold. I even took pictures as proof. It was the first time in my life where I felt uneasy about taking a shower in a hotel, so I choose not to. Not a four-star.

We stayed 4 nights, but not once did they clean the room.
Clean and spacious room, good lighting, free wifi.
The hotel is close to a subway station, but the walk is a bit far when you are carring luggages. When I asked the lady at the front desk to call me a taxi, she called a 'business partner' who drives a van, which I don't think is a legitmate service.
Room space is acceptableIt is clean
No housekeepingLocation is bit far from city center
Friendly staff, good location, nice rooms
In our of the rooms was a horrible smell, something with the plumbing and the phone didnt work. Airco cannot be managed in the room, only reception can turn it on. I changed room and that room was great.
How simple and easy to check in and check out and the receptionists were very respectful and very professional.
The bed sheets were smelling really bad and the room service staff declined to change it or clean we had to argue with them till they put some new bedding and we dis it not them.
Location - near metro. The size of the apartment and all the facilities in the apartment were good.
The bath was leaking and a shelf in a fridge was broken((
Well equiped flatGood sizeGood breakfastThe staff was friendly and helpful the accomodate at the best
Not what you expect from a 4* category of the hotel.
Very limited selection/repertoir of breakfast food. Not what you expect for the cost of the hotel.Rooms were kind of worn out.
10 mns walking from metro station mairie de Montrouge, metro line 4 direct to montparnasse station, safe in the streets even late at night, Very nice people at the reception, clean rooms, quiet, well equipped for the studio. Supermarket 5 mns walking
Price of the breakfast 19 euros which seems too expensive to me
hotel was spacious and clean, plenty of room for a couple staying together with a queen size bed and full shower and private toilet. everything was clean and fully stocked. kitchen came with plates glasses and dinnerware as well as utensils. very impressive.
hotel was located a little distant from the city and all the sightseeing opportunities so that’s a little bit of an inconvenience but close to a metro stop so accessibility works!
It looks good enough, not considering the SCAM
This hotel is a total scam. Here’s my experience:1.They gave me the wrong room: I booked a normal room but got one for disabled people. The shower was too low to use normally, and the toilet was uncomfortably high, especially for shorter people.2.They refused to fix it: I asked for the room I paid for, but they said no. After contacting Booking, the hotel proposed a replacement — but it was a room that reeked, like something had died in there. I refused it and asked for a proper room, which they never offered.3.Rude staff: The receptionist was unbelievably rude. He treated guests like beggars instead of paying customers.4.Poor cleanliness: The original room smelled bad, and overall, it wasn’t very clean. To make it worse, Booking didn’t help either — they replied days after I’d already checked out.Their good reviews seem fake now that I’ve stayed here. There are so many hotels in Paris; save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.
There was one polite, professional and friendly person at the reception who helped with charging my phone on the first day who also answered my questions honestly.
young unexperienced staff, lack of EI, lack of comprehensive instructions, wi-fi not functional when was needed the most, hairdryer stopping every 20-30 seconds to save energy - the hotel seems to be obsessed with E saving on behalf of the comfort of the customers, too low temperature in the rooms and staff refused to increase, although the sensors seemed to have an issue for this room and had to sleep with my hat and coat on top of the cover. Temperature was inscreased temporarily at arrival when Booking called the hotel and on the last day could negotiate an extra cover, again with the help from Booking.com customer service (thank you!!!). Also hidden fees of 7 euros per day per person and TVA is calculated on top of everything. Cleanness could be improved.
Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support. Refused to refund me due to an error while booking even though it was approved by booking.com.
I liked the breakfast facilities in the morning and how close it is to the train stations and metros etc.
I had requested a cot wayyyyy before my arrival for my 14 month old but upon our arrival, they didn’t have it. It took them 2 whole days to find a cot for us which was gross and shabby. If you can’t provide a cot, don’t say it’s available because it is false advertisement. Also, the rooms were so cold!!!! I had to wear layers at night to stay warm. You would expect a 4 star hotel in Paris to have double glazed windows but they didn’t. I asked them multiple times to increase the temperature on the central heating system that they controlled. They would change it upon request for one night and will automatically turn it back to how it was the next day which was disappointing!!!! It was bloody cold in the rooms, especially in winter
Perfect for us teaching line 4 metro and our friends via T6
No room service is fine but needs daily check of supplies of tissues and toilet paper and more than four coffee watchers for a four day stay and so was a bit lacking in the finishing touches
Good and clean hotel in Paris. Public transport is near. Personnel friendly and helpful.
The single beds are a bit too small
Good location and good roomsEdit: i updated the rating as hotel owned their shortcoming instead of blaming me for things I cannot control. will visit again
The stoves provided were not so good and AC didn’t cool properly. They control the temperature and it was too hot
Staff were friendly and efficient. I had to pay 20 euros a night, which I found it strange for a hotel.
