Everything was very good.
The quietness in the hotel, clean
No lefts available
The staffs were very kind, they helped us to carry our large luggage to get upstairs and downstairs. They were very friendly. And each day they would clean our room and refill the shampoo bags.
Reasonable price.
No air conditioning, and the weather was pretty hot. No mini fridge.
The hotel was located in Malakoff which is just around the corner of central. The guy at the reception was very welcoming. It was a decent experience
Communication to-from central was a challenge
Proximity to metro station.
The hotel disowned my advance booking from booking.con due to failure of card payment. They didn’t allow me to either change the card details or pay on site. I was forced to make an instant fresh booking.

The location is good, very close to the metro station, its a cheap place to stay in Paris with private toilet and shower
The bed is quite hard and the carpet is not so clean, but understand in this price point. No elevator btw
Metro is really close. Nice place. The room is cleaned every day. Personnel is friendly.
Some noise in the corridors starts at 8:30 every day (closing doors, steps e.t.c.)
Quiet , friendly staff, secure
Lampshade torn, no toiletries, no tv remote. Room needs updating.
The location was great right outside the metro stationThe staff was friendly and good at speaking EnglishThe room was good size
The room was okay but the bed was too hard also the pillows like sleeping on rockThey only provided two bath towels for 2 people No hand towelsWe didn't have hand soap for 2 days only small sachets of shampoo and shower gelThere was mold in the room under the windows which was quite visibleThe carpet was not very cleanWe decided to have breakfast only for the 1st dayAs we saw it was very poor. For 9 € per person it was very poor I do not recommend There are plenty of artisan/ boulangeries around to have a proper breakfast
Lovely look from outside, room comfy staff nice
Hotel can do with little makeover.
Not coming back
The staff lacks a customer-oriented approach, and their attitudes, along with their expressions, suggest they are not very happy to work there. When I requested a room change to a larger one, they denied availability without even checking their system.Additionally, I found insects in my room, despite keeping the window closed. Finally, the rooms are poorly insulated, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms, including people snoring.
The staff are welcoming and the location is great. About two minutes walk from the metro station.
The rooms are little tired and in need of paint. The bathrooms are clean, but there are few signs of mold.
Excellent room , hotel staff behavior are very friendly, you will feel like a home. room view also are great. i will definitely book again. and recommend for everyone .
All the staff were so friendly and I could tell that they try to keep all the facilities in a very clean condition. This was especially evident in the way the staff in dining room kept everything clean. I usually have trouble to sleep in new places, but I was able to sleep really comfortably in this hotel. If you need to stay around Malakoff, you should choose this hotel.
I was a bit afraid to use hair dryer. Maybe it should be checked once. I believe they will fix this very soon.
It was clean and close enough to the Paris Convention Centre. The staff were kind
It was old, clean but old and you can hear people walking around in the hotel. I could see mildew in the bathroom. The mattress was old and the middle part had a depression!! Sadly the
Staff. People, who works there absolutely awesome. They absolutely make this place worth it to choose.
Sound proofing of the room could be better. But I had earplugs, and combined with a nice bed - good sleep.
