Pros +
- I think this falls into the category of "you get what you pay for" and the hotel was extremely good value for this area at this time of year. The local facilities are good with choices of where to eat and it feels safe even at night. The bed was REALLY comfortable
- We found the staff pleasant and accommodating, the location was great, hope to return again.
- Disappointing
Cons -
- The room is an odd size as the rooms have been carved out of what was originally a house I assume and the bathroom was small and very dated. As a base to sleep and shower it worked fine for my needs.
- Bathroom was a bit small.
- On reception one Person speak English, so most of the time nobody understands what are you saying. Two mornings there was no water and nobody said anything. I was in middle of showering all the sudden come red- brown water. Cleaning service didn’t change our bed sheets in 9 days never. Mold was everywhere in shower, dust everywhere.

Location was good
Everithing it is just disgusting and dirty.A lot of hair in bed, dirty floor and toilet. No evaluator.
This is not a hotel, they just called it a hotel, it's actually a prison. Very small, dirty and the staff were very strange and strange people. I will never go back here.

Great location with a peaceful environment. It is very close to the metro station. The supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. friendly and helpful staff. The room is small but has comfortable beds with pillows. Rooms are clean and tidy. There are facilities that are worth the money.will definitely come again.
Great place with a really nice atmosphere. The accommodation is cozy and welcoming, and there are plenty of great cafés around the area. Perfect for a relaxing stay.
Everything was great, maybe a bit more storage space in the room would have been nice.
The staff are universally fantastic, Both the front of house and the cleaners. Faultless!
The rooms are tiny and need updating. The showers attack you!
The location and value for money was great.
Room was a-bit run down .. our room in particular number 12, the ceiling was coming down in the bathroom and none of the usb charging ports were working so I had to go and buy a travel plug but when plugged in it got so hot after a few minutes I think the electrics are bad in this hotel
Good location, near the metro station. Clean room, according to description. Good value for money.
This is our second stay in this hotel, this time the room was even smaller. It’s okay for a short stay, but very cramped, there was barely space to have an open suitcase.
Friendly staff. Acceptable value for money. 24h reception. Subway is about 5 min walk
Rooms are very small. Walls are poorly soundproof. Access staircase is quite narrow, especially with medium/big luggage. Is outside Paris City, so it takes a bit longer to get to the main attractions
Very friendly and helpful staff, good accessibility (close to metro station), very clean, quiet neighbourhood, wonderful market round the corner, excellent hotel amenities..In a word excellent value for money.
The only "minus" is that they don't have a lift..Climbing the narrow staircase several floors carrying heavy luggage or having mobility issues can be a serious challenge. But I suppose you can get help if you ask. The staff are all really very friendly people.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Although the rooms and toilet appeared larger in the pictures, they were smaller than expected. However, all the necessary facilities were provided. The hotel's location is a bit of a trade-off. It's not within walking distance to major attractions, but it's conveniently close to public transportation. The metro station is just a short walk away, and there's a bus stop nearby. Additionally, there are a few restaurants in the surrounding area.Overall, it's a decent option for those looking for a convenient and affordable stay with good connectivity to the city. And the neighborhood is very safe and clean.
No complains
Small but well equipped room. Friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood and an affordable price for Paris
Sharp edges of the closet could be dangerous
The location was close to the metro and to restaurants and Grocery stores. The staff was very courteous and helpful. There was a fan in the room to help cool the room. I also liked that there was a microwave and television in the room. The location also offered breakfast there on site.
The room was quite small for three people. But I am thinking that may be the average room size for Paris... I am not 100% though as this was my first visit to Paris. The bathroom could use a little updating as the tiles were cracked. There was a fridge but it was not working.
The quietness, cable TV, fridge, microwave, close to stores and market as well as parking.
The bathroom shower was very small, I could barely fit in it. No elevator, it was hard to carry luggage to the 2nd floor.
The property was lovely and located in a charming, cozy neighborhood in Paris.
There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. I paid a very reasonable price for the stay, so I got exactly what I expected, and it was nice.
Great value for Paris as a place to sleep. Free coffee and snack in the room was nice refreshment.
The location does not have much to do. You have to walk quite a bit to the nearest supermarket and the neighbourhood doesn't really have anything to offer, so only good if you are elsewhere in Paris all day.
The location was really good, close to metro station. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful.
A lot of space and garden/ seating area was be nice
Bedding was full of strains and hair , speak to the staff
