- Nowhere during the booking process was it mentioned that this is an eco-responsible hotel. Upon arrival, the heating was completely turned off and the room was freezing. This is unacceptable, especially in cold weather. It took a full day for the room to reach a tolerable temperature, making our stay uncomfortable and poorly managed from the start. The bed was not comfortable at all for a three stars hotel
- My next-door neighbors were extremely loud until 3 AM, and they were smoking cigarettes and cannabis inside their room. Our rooms are connected by an internal door, so the smell and the noise came directly into my room. They even tried to open the connecting door, which was very disturbing and unacceptable. It is very disappointing that the hotel did not enforce proper security or check the situation carefully. On top of that, my room was extremely cold, and I felt very uncomfortable. My son was crying because of the noise and the lack of respect from the guests next door. Their behavior was very inconsiderate and disturbing, and it prevented my child from sleeping.I am extremely unhappy with this situation.
- Upon arrival at the hotel, I discovered that I'd reserved and paid for a room in advance, but they told me it wasn't paid for. The lady sitting there with a laptop explained that Booking had taken a deposit from me and that I should get it back after I checked out. She didn't know why I had to pay a second time. When I asked why there was no information about Booking taking deposits, I was told. The room was dirty, the shower sink was clogged, the water wouldn't drain, and I had to clean it. At breakfast, the coffee machine didn't serve any coffee because it was all gone. Someone wasn't doing their job. I'll never return to this hotel again.

Close to amenities
No toiletries, very small room and washroom, tv didn’t work
Overall, everything is fine, but of course it's not the best place for your money. It's convenient that there is underground parking and it's easy to find a spot. The girl who checked us in was kind and friendly. Excellent bedding, comfortable to sleep on, all amenities in general. But there were a couple of unpleasant things!
The room had one window in the corner, which was rather dark and gray! The lighting was cold and uninviting. But overall, when you're tired, you can forget about it. Unfortunately, a surprise awaited us in the morning when we went to breakfast, which we were told was until 10:30 (I asked twice). In most other hotels, breakfast is always until 11:00 a.m. We were told that we were late for breakfast, arriving at 9:58, and that we couldn't have breakfast with everyone else. People around us were eating their breakfast and going back for seconds. They yelled at us in French (knowing full well that we didn't understand it) because they had previously asked us to tell them in English what was going on. Then they waved us away as if we had stolen something and they had forgiven us. We quickly tried to grab something, as they were taking everything right from under our noses. I have no desire to return there (if you don't speak French, you are not welcome there!
The staff is amazing !They were helpful in almost everything.
There wasn't enough shampoo and soap for my entire stay.Honestly, I didn't mention it to them during my stay.I had soap and shampoo with me.
Nothing!
The hotel is look like a bar ! The hotel beds and rooms are totally diffrent from what you see in picture , also the staff are so un professional , the rooms are not clealing daily !! It was my wors stay in my entire life , and somthing new i met in this hotel that breakfast include means one euro discunt in cost , and you will charge for breakfast eventhough you choose braeakfast include
Good value, ok breakfast.
Problems with water sink in my room, they could not resolve it. Some staff are ridiculously unqualified. Asked once, told about the problem, apparently someone came to the room, saw that the water eventually went down and assumed everything had been resolved; after 24h, I tell them again that water still fills up the water sink in 1.5 min with the open waterhole and goes away in 2.5 min with the water tap shut; one of the staff comes back and starts jerking the waterhole opening mechanism that is built-in behind the water tap as if it is supposed to do some sort of cleaning; the plug removed, the mechanism just moves a stick/pin that pushes a plug out. The "solution" does nothing, so she calls for back up. A guy who comes disassembles the pipes underneath, reassembles them, and then just moves on without even checking if whatever he did, had actually done the job, informing me that all done and is ok now, cleans the floor with clean towels from my room without replacing them. While waiting for him to come back with the trashbin he used for cleaning the mess, I luckily have time to open the water tap and let it fill the water sink (the plug out) in the 1.5 minutes. Oh, it does not go away, realize they finally. Offered to change the room. Finally. After 24 hours of waiting and some proactive "proving" that I am not making this up (why do I even have to proactively demonstrate then anything as if it is my work project in such a basic situation?).Also, other Ibis hotels offered free coffee throughout the day if the breakfast was paid in the morning, which was a nice touch especially coming back to the hotel after work. But not here. Breakfast is missing hot dishes like fried eggs, grilled sausages etc.
Bed was comfortable and parking was plentiful. Near the metro and two supermarkets.
The whole place is very run down and needs a complete refurbishment. No bin in the room and very little toilet paper so had to ask for both. Some dodgy characters around at night.
Nice people, safe, parking very good, hood breakfast! Jean Francois at reception was very nice to us!
The room was clean. The windows open, which is so rare in hotels now a days. Internet works and was easy to connect. Some of the staff was attentive, but sometimes had to really push to get someone's attention.
The shower door didn't seal properly so the bathroom floor got wet every time the shower was used. The towels were small, there was no face towel. The blowdryer only blew lukewarm air, not enough to style. The shampoo/ soap makes hair extremely dry. The elevator is small, slow, there was a line for group check in and check outs and other guests could get to the room. It's over one hour away from central Paris.
Staff members were welcoming.
The heater/heating system in the hotel was not working, we had to speak to the receptionist who then gave us a plug-in type of heater. The bathroom shower smelt of mould.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is in a homely place, neigburhood is on point, it s near the Tram/bus stations. I would visit again for a longer stay.
We expexted to find drinking water in the room and atlast a kettle and cup for tea/coffee. Otherwise, all was well.
Room was clean and laid out well. Staff were responsive when asked for any help.
Air conditioner did not work, I messaged the hotel but it took them a day to respond and while they did offer to move our room, in the heat of summer, this is something they should have checked. Also the hotel eatery is widely advertised on the booking.com site and their own web page but is in fact closed. we were travelling internationally and after delays looked forward to reaching the hotel and settling in with a meal. only to find it does not exist anymore and we had to order in. overall dissapointed
