The room is so cold. Air conditioning is not working, the room temperature is 20 Celsius, if we haven’t an other blanket we’re freezing.

I did not like that money (50euros) was taken from my card and I was not informed what it was going to be for before I got there or while I was checking in and I’ve yet to have the money back into my account even after I was told it would be returned when I checked out
Nice hotel. Visited over the weekend, so not too busy. We used it as a base to visit versailles, hangar y, Paris. We.had our car so could get around easily. It's not paris, so don't expect traditional parisian style buildings, but it was a lot more affordable! We will return.
