Pros +
- Nothing literally was of money.
- Serious cleanliness and safety concerns
- The location was great. It was cheap.
Cons -
- Everything suck. The cleaning is bad, the rooms are bad the toilet is even worth, cleaners enter without knocking and use the same towel to clean all the rooms. It was a nightmare
- Upon arrival, the bed sheets had visible hair on them. I contacted housekeeping immediately, before using the bed. Despite this, the staff refused to change the sheets, stating that they were already clean, even though the hair was clearly visible. When I raised this issue, my concern was questioned rather than addressed, which felt unprofessional.More concerning, someone entered my room without knocking while I was resting, waking me up. I immediately shouted that I was inside, and the person left. This incident made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, as guest privacy was clearly not respected.Additionally, the toilet was extremely dirty, further indicating poor hygiene standards.Overall, this stay did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, professionalism, or safety. I would not recommend this hotel.
- The receptionist wasn't able to give us a clue regarding where we should park. She was scrolling on her phone when we arrived and each we went in or out of the hotel. When we left, a different receptionist was reclined on the couch with the tv on. He did not even get up. ....So essentially, don't expect anything from the staff. The hotel is some what run down. The linoleum flooring is coming up in the bedroom and the carpets in the hallways and stairs need to be replaced.

The Staff was very nice, although they know only limited English. It's in a middle class suburb of Paris that's great for kids. The price is good for what you get. You can stay long term if you want, but then you would probably run out of things to do in Clamart.
To visit sites in Paris you do need to take the bus(s), which becomes tedious after a while. The rooms are hot at night in summer (and likely cold in winter), but that's true of a lot of accommodations in Paris. I did try to shorten my stay after I booked in order to meet up with family in a different location but this was not approved by the Hotel. So you may want to book for a few days to see if you like, and if you want to stay longer you should be able to - the hotel didn't seem to be fully booked when I was there.
The staff Nearby public transportation WifiGood neighborhood
The rooms are super hot during summer (no fans / no AC)The bed and pillows were so bad that hurts your body and neckNo elevators that can helps you with luggage The bathroom was full of ants
My first night, Nidal, at the frog desk, allowed me to borrow an adaptable socket charger to recharge my cell phone for a few hours. In the morning, I missed my paid breakfast because I had overslept (jetlag), but that night I spoke to Nidal and he said that it would carry over to the next morning. Fresh o.j., baguette and croissant.Hassan and the Sunday morning girl were also nice and courteous, understanding me with the little french I knew. The shower had both a rain shower fixed head and a hand-held one.The linens were clean, the room smelled fresh and had options of tea bag and coffee packet. There were different light switches to make the room well lit or dim.
The only issue I had was that the toilet seat would not stay up.
Amazing expérience! Very Nice welcome and very clean hotel .. great location in clamart and close to amenities. Very Nice staff always here to help ???? I fully recommend! ??✅✅✅✅
For the price you cannot beat them, you get a bed, bathroom, shower. Staff is super friendly.
Noisy road outside at night.
Nothing Not cleanNot profesional
EverythingDirty place No check in Its not a hotel Very bad toilettes
All the staff was really helpful and welcoming and especially one did more than expected by sending me my charger I forgot in the room, I was desperate without it, thank you so much!
There was smell of bleach in the room, no heating and I felt very cold, a cup and spoon dirty and a bed squeaking a lot in each movement. Maybe I wasn't lucky with that room. Still it was very good value for the price as it was a single en suite bedroom.
STAY Away from this place
Bugs all over the room had to sit on a towel on the bed , felt so unclean and EXTREMLY rude staff to the point I got scared of them. One of the worst experiences I had. Really bad smell in the room , had to leave and book another hotel. Hard to catch the bugs with the camera cause I was in stress of getting out of there but it was LOADS
A great welcome, very kind staff at reception, a very comfortable room and what a great location in Paris
Nothing. Maybe they have a few renovated room which on the picture but nothing to do with reality
