- I really like the location. I came to Residhome Clamart for business purpose and I was amazed about the Panorama area. Nice restaurants, bakery are all located within 100m distance from the hotel. The hotel is good and the staff were very helpful.

Cons -
- Yes, room smelled very bad, hair everywhere. Got charged 75euro to checkout at 4pm while the room price is --euro
- The bed provided for our baby was not comfortable or safe for her. The mattress was smaller than the bed itself, so we had to adjust it with towels to allow the baby to sleep on it.Also the room was super cold , not easy to keep it warm. Room service is not done daily, only weekly .
- The room were too cold and I did not find the proper way to heat it.Rooms are a bit small but I can understand it is the standard in Paris.Breakfast is expensive for what we have.

The rooms 307 and 308 were filled with cigar smoke...the room service never cleaned the rooms nor changed the towels and we stayed there for a week. The 250€ deposit they requested is clearly overpriced and not necessary and came to us as a surprise, because nowhere in the Booking.com website this isn't mentioned.
Clean and new and had lots of useful kitchen equipment for our stay.
No servicing of the room, which was okay for our long weekend but could have done with more towels. Not knowing if we get our deposit back until room inspection.
Lovely surrounds, good price
There are no amenities in the kitchen for example washing liquid, sponges etc to clean dishes
Nothing in pantry, little help and poor communication took a picture to get twin bed set up and still had to rearrange room
Very nice, comfortable and convenient hotel. Staff were very friendly.
A hard but surprisingly comfortable bedSecured parkingSuitable location for driving in and out of ParisLittle kitchenVery nice views
The shampoo bottle was empty The property wasn’t very clean
Location, neighborhood, not far from Paris center, main tourist attractions, safe, family room was perfect -two separate rooms with inside door in between if you want.Cozy, clean. Many very good restaurants around, a nice supermarket.
Northing really. Maybe access from parking to room could be more convenient
The staff were very kind and helpful. The property was new.
The room was not cleaned well when I first arrived.
Staff not to friendly far from all the attractions, NO GOOD WIFI ??
Cozy and quiet area, the room has everything you need, there are restaurants and a store nearby, not far from the tram and metro
The corkscrew broke, Toilet paper holder too. A bit cramped room
Comfortable bed, warm, decent kitchen facility.
There was a drain smell in the bathroom that extended into the bedroom at times, seemingly due to underground problems when there’s a lot of rain, probably made worse because we were on the first floor
24hr check in which was amazing given the state of international rail journeys and delays experienced. The room was exceptional value for money. Booked a 'family room' for two couples travelling together. We got a room each which we were not expecting. Great location in a stunning local setting. This area is the Paris I see in my dreams. LOVED IT!
Shower drain had an issue - shower pan kept filling up. Didn't report it, just dealt with it!
very neat and serene environment. closer to all tourist destination.
for long stays, 2 days interval express cleaning will be very good
Facilities are good, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, big bathroom.
However, no daily cleaning of the room nor making the bed or change the towels (I was expecting it included in the price). And VERY, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE after check-out when I came back to pick-up my suitcase left in the cloakroom. I had to wait for more than 40 minutes (and nearly missed my train at Paris Nord), because the young girl at reception said to not have a card to open the cloakroom, nor any way to reach the colleague having the card (who was in her break "completely unreachable!). The receptionist was very unempathetic, unpolite and careless about finding any solution: "I do not have the card, nor the contact of anyone - you will have to wait". She also refused to call a responsible manager when I requested. Even the taxi-driver who had to wait for more than 15 minutes at the counter was perplexed with the behaviour of this person. After 40 minutes wait, the colleague having the cloakroom card showed-up from inside the dining-room with some food left-overs in her hands, meaning that it would have taken 30 seconds to the receptionist to find her and ask for the card. Terrible management if customers cannot access their belongings for a long time because the receptionist does not have a card to open the cloakroom. At breakfast - not enough place setting, tables not ready, so people standing-up and waiting long time for dishes, cups, etc. Staff not really proactive.
Large rooms with balcony and little kitchen that separates the sleeping area from the corridor. The overall decor is nice and staff are helpful. I liked their effort to reduce waste and not offer butter in individual sachets.
We weren’t able to switch the air con off and it was pretty noisy. The instructions for the car park weren’t clear and we struggled getting out of it.
The location is actually nice. The environment around is super quite and peaceful. The staff were all very nice, and I like the reception hall.
My friend said that she saw many bugs inside her room...
The room is comfortable with kitchen that suits for long stay.
During my 12 days stay, the maid cleaned my room only once. I need to pay extra if I need more. There were couple of miscommunication when I requested more. The room is full of dust at the corners.
