The room is small but clean.

Extra charge for breakfast.

The hotel is placed in a very quiet area, 15 minutes from RER station. The rooms were very clean; they were cleaned every day; also, the towels were changed every day; the hosts were very wellcoming.

Related to the breakfast, We were disappointed. The dishes were not cleaned well: the plates, the cutlery, the cups for coffees had traces of coffee inside, and also, the glasses were not very clean ; once I found eggshell scraps on a "cleaned plate". For 6 days as we stayed, we had the same meal and always the boild eggs served were cold, not boiled that day.

I didn't like the photos of the hotel at all it was when I inaguro is destroyed and very bad smell in the corridors the super dirty carpet.

I chose this hotel because of the air conditioning when we arrived it had air conditioning but it didn't work I took 2 rooms and they couldn't change me because the whole hotel the airs didn't work they are selling something that doesn't exist they cheated on me, everything very dirty and very bad smell in the corridors and the dirty carpets I never go anymore it was very bad experience I never recommend it.

The doorpumps on the door to the rooms and other facilities (staircases etc) are set in such a way that the doors bang really loudly when they close. Since people are coming and going at all hours the door banging woke me up several times during the night.

Adjacent free parking. Great value.

When I checked out, the on duty person indicated I owed nothing. I asked again, for I knew I owed tax etc and for a meal. He again said “everything paid.” I assumed it was somehow paid via Booking. I had to get to the airport and didn’t have time to argue. A couple hours later I get an email asking me to pay the rest but there is no online payment potential. This is a problem to France from the US.

Some problems with the elevator

The staff were so friendly : Amal, Hawari, Bashir, and all others.The hotel is clean and tidyThe bus station for 187 and 184 are near the hotel. The RER B metro station is only 12 min walk from thd hotel.Aichan supermarket is just 5 min from thd hotel.Cachan is peaceful city near paris.

The bed wasn’t really comfortable and it was also overpriced for its facilities but it was last minute booking for us.

It is a correct hotel in Cachan. Good for a business trip. It was clean. I specially like it does not have a carpet in the room, which is uasually dirty in most of the hotels.

Of course, it is not a charming hotel, but it does not pretend to be one either. Diner was acceptable

Parking was blocked off due to road construction (no fault of hotel) but would have been nice to know before booking

New name and revamp has transformed the place.Staff great and a fresh new look made for a really pleasant stay.

No issues at all

The hotel is in zone 3 which is quite far from city center, but with 12 minutes walk or take bus by 2 stop (3 buses run) to RER B station, the train run very frequently can take you to the center within 20 minutes, so it is reasonably reachable.Although it is named a hotel restaurant, the restaurant offer limited meal choices for dinner and seems no service for weekend.

The room is not big but acceptable, the air con is installed inside the room, it is automate stop/start when the temperature up or under the preset degree, so the sound of the wind come and go from time to time that distorted my sleeping in 1st night until I get used to it.

Breakfast always a bit sparse - I have stayed here a few times. The price for breakfast increased this year.

The coffee machine at breakfast has always been temperamental but this time for 3 days it refused to work. I had to ask staff who were not knowledgable to make coffee on another machine. This staff member also runs reception so was not always available.

It had a very comfortable bed and close to the best bakery in France!

The paper cups and no room service or food available on the weekend. No fridge in the room or milk.

location price and size of bedrooms

Room was a good size, and its corner windows meant we could get a draft going on a warm evening. Bathroom was well-proportioned. The pillows were particularly comfy, better than mine at home! So we slept very well. I appreciated the hot drink facilities, and had fun taking my tea the French way (aka no milk :D ). The 24-hour front desk was perfect for our eccentric, stop-over travel times, and the staff were very accommodating of that.

It's a fair walk from the nearest/most convenient train station, so travellers with larger suitcases might struggle a bit.

I thought the breakfast was lovely a good selection of food and I particularly liked the juicer for fresh orange juice.

It could have a better choice for vegetarians for the evening meal.
