Everybody was nice, very helpfulOut room was small, but freshly renovated, cozy and comfy.good deal!

Nothing, all was good , as expected.

It has just right in front, public transportation that connect directly with train and Paris

Poor organization with breakfast

Comfy room, Close to a bus and tram stations. plenty of parking around hotel.

Aircon in the rooms was broken on arrival. Hotel restaurant was shut all week and no other restaurants locally within easy walking distance only takeaways.

Cheese on breakfast was good

Air conditioning is not working. The room was more like sauna. The restaurant is not working.

The staff was super friendly. We appreciated the effort in redesigning the interior, as the hotel seems to be old.

The hotel has been recently refurbished. But the details were not correctly executed. Our window was defected and looks dirty (see picture).There is no dedicated parking for clients that drive by car. However, we could easily and safely park in the streets

The location. this town is charming,calm, full of historical interest. People are kind. The team at the hotel are very nice and helpfull. Thank you booking!

The rooms are a bit oldm they should be cleaner and the AC was not working properly.

The girl who received us was so gentle and kind. She helped a lot.Our room was ready before check-in time and we didn't have to wait, so lucky.

It was very far from the city centre.

Not much to be honest. Some of the staff were friendly. That’s it!

No phone in the rooms. No room service. No AC in the rooms. It’s summer in france and you have no ACMeals were not good enough honestly.

Staff was really helpful suleman and other night staff really good. We arrived late it was coffee fresh orange juice and everything for free.

Everything: The receptionist were extremely harsh and rude to us.There was absolutely no food left for the breakfast (we were at the restaurant at 9am) and when we asked the receptionist they told they have nothing to do and that they are reporting customers complains to their management everyday who basically just ignore and don't do anything about it!! This is the first time in my life that i see no food at hotel's breakfast!!!The room was tiny we booked a room for 3 and had a tiny one for 2 persons.Basically skip it absolutely if you don't want to screwup your holidays in Paris.

Very clean, very friendly staff, easy check in and out.

Pillows are terrible, far from everything and hard boiled eggs rather than omelette for breakfast.

We loved our stay & the staff were very friendly and helpfulHowever since return I am disappointed that I have had a double ( higher rates) charge debited from my card & although promised an immediate refund I have still yet to receive this & have now had to contact customer services

absolutely nothing. vile facilities, dirty corridors, dirty rooms, dirty entrance.

probably the most unhygienic place I have ever been. mold covered bedrooms, zero facilities available, rude staff, located next to homeless central

The property hotel and the restaurant are still under renovation , when the renovation finished it will be amazing

Good value for the money.

The room was good enough and the area was pleasantly quiet. I got charged twice and told the people at reception when I checked out and they told me to send an e-mail. It would have been nice if they could have resolved it then.
