We cannot block a room due to an employee’s failure to process payment at check-in. This caused significant discomfort, as I was left standing when I urgently needed to use the restroom—an unacceptable situation.

Good location close to the airport for an overnight layover.

The worker who checked me in was having a conversation on speaker phone the entire time. It was absolutely so rude. The bathroom was not cleaned to the required standards.

The ground floor was equipped with tables, vending machines, seating areas, and a front desk that sold things like an adapter or razor if you forgot.

A 20+ minute bus ride was required for going into town, but two different bus stops were located very close by.

Dirty, dangerous and unsettling

Terrible experience, probably the worst I’ve ever had. The hotel is located in a rather bad neighborhood, there were drunk and loud people shouting all night, banging on doors, throwing glasses/bottles, prostitution, and overall a very unsettling feeling with a lot of stares. The parking isn’t secure, so we were very worried about our car and the stuff in it. The bed had hairs in it, towels weren’t clean so we couldn’t even shower. I was scared for my safety and truly didn’t sleep a lick all night. I strongly advise you to stay elsewhere if you’re a solo woman.

Very poor sound proofing. Very small room. Terrible colour choice. Only one very poor quality, dirty pillow. Although it’s called Budget it was worse quality than the worst Travelodge I have stayed in.

I had no hairdryer in my room !

Some people there don’t respect others .. even if you are in hotel it doesn’t mean you can speak loudly or listen to music loudly at night ! This is what bothered me the most

For the price it was a good place to have a roof over your head. The staff was very nice.

Their QR code e-mail didn't work and when I talked to them they said it was ok to check in with ID. I booked the room for my girlfriend and when she arrived she provided her passport and they said they didn't have a booking for her. She tried to provide the booking number but the receptionist refused to read it on her phone (she doesn't speak French). They left her outside at midnight without a room. Terrible experience.

Service, not clean cold breakfast

Location near to the airport Orly, which was useful to catch a flight the morning after my stay. The Uber found a little hard to find the entrance to the hotel because it is a little hidden, but then we quickly found it. The room was fine and clean, comfortable enough for one night stay and for the price payed.

I arrived late at night around 00h and the check in wasn't the best welcoming experience and neither I got information about the breakfast and hotel facilities. In my room, there was no extra lock on the inside, I think this is standard for Ibis in Paris and the surrounding area. And for last, the shower in the bathroom was broken, so I had to shower with a very low water flow.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The rooms were very tired and dark. The halls and room smelt musty.

None of the plugs worked in the room, and was public hair on the sheets and I was slept on the towels

The ONLY way to order food was through an automatic system. I tried several times failed consistently, I was given the feeling I was to blame, but when the gentleman offered support he too found out the system didn't work. He then took the phone and within 10 minutes food was ordered. Why are things impossible and when unhappy all of a sudden turn out to be possible????

The building is very old and poorly refurbished. Fire alarm on arrival and (again) food was only available after going through a nuisance.
