Pros +
- the room
- Room, bathroom, bed and towels were clean.
- I love the location. Having a Carrefour grocery store downstairs and trolley across the street were magnificent!!!!! In general the staff were pleasant and helpful. The residence was very attractive and I felt comfortable and secure.
Cons -
- It was too hot in the room but the lady at the front desk gave us a fan.
- Scheduling the weekly cleaning. I was not able to take advantage of the weekly cleaning because of Schedule conflicts. The front desk was very stingy with the trash bags and towels.
- - the room is relatively small, hard to understand how people could be on a business trip (e.g the hotel name refers to biz trip) in such hotel- the parking arrangement we paid extra for was not convenient. There was only one remote to open the gate and we had to go back and forth to the front desk to get it. - the hotel and room cleaning was average, the carpet in the corridors is really old and smells.

The location was good for me because it is almost across the street to my mom apartment. The staff changed the room so our window wasn't facing the road.

Good
I did not like the fact that they blocked a caution on my credit card and i still did not get it back on my account despite the fact that i insisted on paying the deposit with banknotes
Comfort and good customer service
They didn’t have an early check in and no changing bed.I had my period the day of my arrival and they couldn’t afford to give me clean bed sheets.I had to sleep on stained sheets for two days and I was disappointed.
The good is: excellent value for money, the room is clean, and Tram #9 is just outside the building, so getting into Paris is convenient. Good location, nearby grocery and restaurants. Safe building where you use your room's key card to open the main door during night hours.
I didnt like that cleaning is once a week. You can pay extra for the cleaning staff to come in whenever you want. That is my ONLY complaint and I wouldn't disuade anyone from staying there.
Like the staff courtesy and clean room. Public transportation just in front of of the hotel which makes transportation very easy
Good place
The property is quite new but the level of maintainance is quite poor as it seems
In the bathroom the tap was loose and the water pressure from the shower was extremely low. Under the bed a lot of dust piled up. The breakfast is a scandal for the price you have to pay. Very limited choice and quantity and bad quality of croissant and baguette. Especially for France.
Nothing, do not stay here. We thought it was good value but stay somewhere better because it’s not. It’s a waste of money. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
They are impossible to contact. We tried to contact them months in advance since we were going to the Olympics and had booked early and they did not respond ever. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They say there’s a 24/7 reception but there’s not. Every single night there was no one there so it’s impossible to check in. Our train was delayed and we tried to contact them to arrange a late check in. After calling them all day and having them pick up the phone and hang up for over 30 times, we contacted booking who also couldn’t get through to them. We booked another place to stay for the night as we did not feel comfortable going there in the middle of the night. When we returned the next day, the staff were incredibly rude saying we were lying and they picked up the phone which is not true. They argued with us for over an hour, yelled at us, when we said we had plans and just wanted to go. When we had to check out, the receptionist was in the back sleeping and snoring. Very unprofessional. Also, they do not speak a shred of English even though they claim to on booking.com. They do not speak anything else but French. Also the location is terrible, we should’ve checked the transport links a bit more before and not have booked in the first place due to this. It takes around an hour to get to either the Louvre or the Eiffel Tower and will require around 2-3 changes on the metro and tram systems. The room itself was also horrible. There were stains on the curtains, floor, shower curtains and walls. We thought it would be fine with no ac but it’s not considering you can’t open the blinds on the outside of the windows. It was unbearable
breakfast
rust stains on the sheets and towelsbad paint (decor)no air conditioningnoisy neighbourhood
The reception host was nice and of help us in checking in the room and guiding us about the places
The bed is confortable, Safe place, there is available water and coffee with sugar. And reasonable prize to stay.
There is a stain in the pillow case and the curtain too much stain i dont know what kind of stain like a blood. There is no Air conditioner /radiator or might be they did not open it??????
Very kind and welcome staff. Clean and modern room, quiet, all staff for cooking were provided
Location, quite far from metro
Good rate, large room, comfy bed, secured access, nice staff, quiet rooms
You had to borrow and ask for a hair dryer and leave a deposit The breakfast was limited in choice (and no more whole bread after 9h30)
Kitchenette in the room
Broken gym equipment, unusable.Washing machine only works with coins. The staff refuses to change your banknote for coins. In general unfriendly staff.Breakfast is really bad. And expensive too. No room cleaning service
Friendly staff, good location and good studio.
The beds were comfortable. There is good transport connections to Paris.
The plates and bowls in our room were not cleaned properly after the last guests and gernerally the floors were dirty too. The language barrier was a problem. I had asked some questions before we arrived and had received incorrect responses. There is no airconditioning and the neighbourhood is VERY noisy, so it was difficult to sleep.with the windows open.
the value cleanessaccessible
dirty towels.broken shower
The property is close to the tram station and you can easily get to all parts of Paris
The pillow sheets' material was weird, my head kept sliding down from them which made me wake up multiple times during the night
