A little bit farther from the airport than expected

Good hotel,no major problems

Spacious room, comfy bed, quiet at night. Free airport shuttle was nice. Onsite restaurant has a good buffet option.

Problems with the wifi, but staff was attentive trying to resolve.

The room of douche had some a little dirty points.I didn’t like the shuttle service, was very awful and the persons n reception, didn’t alert us about the time depart of the bus in service. Specially for earliest service.

The room is clean with enough space for suitcase. Hot water. Breakfast is nice and the buffet is so good. The staffs are nice and friendly.

Most of staffs cannot speak English. So, it's not simple to get what need or ask quick. You need to look for the english speaking one.

The facilities are quite old, with the gym, for example being barely functional. More importantly, the customer service experience has been horrendous. They refused to provide a receipt or invoice upon checkout, noting that it would have to be sent via email. It's been 3 weeks, and despite dozens of messages to their WhatsApp, email, and booking.com channels, I have had no reply. This is completely unacceptable

Excellent hotel, location, personne, foodl and service overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant very good with variety of food of good quality. The staff helpful and polite. Plus the coffee corner with snacks and coffee for passengers having early departure. Transportation to/from the airport very useful and sharp. This was my second stay in the hotel and surely not the last. Thank you for your hospitality.

The building is very nice, location is good, close to airport.

The staff could be more helpful, for example: there was different information about the shuttle hours to the airport. The printed schedule of the shuttle on the services guest was wrong (as per the receptionist). My luggage got damaged on the way to the airport, the driver wasn’t there to help me getting the luggage inside the bus.

The room was big and comfy and the breakfast was delicious.

The van experience was less satisfying however. It was impossible to reach the property for queries about it. Leaving for the airport a large man dressed sloppily in the lobby observed me struggling with several giant bags, a car seat and a young child. I thought he was a guest. To my surprise after dropping my luggage twice and having an ACTUAL guest help me, the sloppy dude turned out to be the transfer driver. Zero offers to help. The van also smelled like cigarette smoke

Facilities, the excellent service of the staff and the delicious breakfast.

The facilities are very well maintained and have and are very comfortable.

Good breakfast, comfortable bedding, staff are polite.

Nice property, very well located. It has a very convenient shuttle, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast.

Some of the restaurant staff during the day shift was not very kind. Some people seem to be there working for obligation. It didn’t feel very welcoming. But the staff at dinner time was great.

Dinner buffet was not very good. Limited TV channels and no Netflix access.

- everything is very old and you can see that. A lot of things need maintenance, like the sink in the bathroom. When you turn it on the water comes out on the sides at the same time - we had very bad experience with the staff:1. When we arrived and wanted to do check-in (it was already after 2pm which is checkin time) they told us to wait just 10 minutes in the lobby until the room is ready. We waited 30 minutes and no one came to us anymore. Then we went again to reception to ask and turns out our room was ready but no one told us. The person who told us to wait was not working anymore. 2. The water in the shower was cold. It says hot water but there was just cold water. We called reception and they said they will send someone to the room to fix it. Again nothing happened for 15 minutes. We called again and they said they send a mechanic to fix the boiler for hot water. We waited for another 30 minutes and nothing happened. We just had to take cold showers then. - the rooftop bar and restaurant was closed - the pool looks tiny and dirty - didn’t want to use.- this is not what I would consider a 4 star hotel at all. It is a bad value for money and I was not happy with my stay here at all.

Relatively cheap

Pretty limited restaurant menu. No a-la-carte. Arrived 10.30pm and ate immediately. Despite restaurant open to 11.30pm and people still arriving, buffet had items missing. Buffet needed to be tidied and serving spoons kept clean - handle if one coveted in beans! Breakfast ok. Discovered airport is used by LATAM for those who had missed flights. Says it all. Was ok for a single night between flight connections, but one to avoid for leisure. Lack of water and hard pillows in room.

If you want to stay close to the airport this is a very good option. With the transfer and breakfast included is a good value, also the room was very comfortable

TOILET flush was not working, phone was disconnecteded there was no cold water in the shower....NO FRONT DESK STAFF AT NIGHT....SO HORRIBLE.

Clean room, comfortable bed.Good variety of food for breakfast; decent quality.Reception Staff friendly; unfortunately staff in the restaurant didn’t speak English. Appreciated shuttle service to the airport.

Dinner not so great.. Difficulty connecting to internet but that was due to poor instructions on how to log in, not the quality of the internet.
