Brit Hotel Privilège Paris Rosny-sous-Bois

I booked this hotel and was supposed to be free cancellation as advertised and still they charged me with the cancellation fees. Falls advertising through booking.com and they don't return messages.

Communication, false advertisement.

Nice staff and good pool

The breakfast was very bad

The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast options where really good and the rooms where super spacious and very clean.

The lock from my original room was not working and we had to have our rooms changed, BUT the staff was kind and helped us with the problem. So it was just a minor inconvenience.

The room was big nice and modern, in a friendly location, 10 min walk from the public transport station, nice gym and pool

We stayed for one night and liked the hotel, and when we asked to stay an additional day the price jumped twice so we continued to another hotel.

Location payment 150 euro for garanti , This refund was supposed to be made that evening, but I still haven't received anything after two days.

The hotel had super friendly staff, and the room was big and clean upon arrival. The location is perfect, with private parking (outside). The supermarket is a five min. walk, and also enough places to eat nearby.

The swimming pool could use a little bit more chlorine. The hair dryer module was hanging loose from the wall in our bathroom. Because we didn't use it, we didn't bother but it could be dangerous so I advise you to fix that.

Felt nice to come back to a clean and comfy room after a hard day at work.

The gym was situated in a pretty small room, with little facilities, and it was also very hot there.Also, for a foreigner, the breakfast wasn't very cheap.

The room was big and comfortable, we were upgraded. The staff offered us espresso upon checkout which was very nice (the staff in general were very good and friendly).

The location isn’t that lovely. The room's lightning is bright, cold neon one which doesn’t give you nice and warm feeling.

Very poor breakfasts, dirty dishes, unwashed cups or plates, standing water in the sink in the bathroom, instead of renovation the tiles in the shower were painted so the paint is already coming off. I do not recommend this hotel unless exclusively for one night.

Hi, I was there with my brother. We paid our room rate in cash. After a week they sent us a no-show notice on booking.com and also booked through my credit card.I stayed there for one day and paid double ?

Great location; near restaurants, bars, stores, and the mall.

Clean, comfortable rooms, good service and friendly personel. Also a very nice location to travel in and around paris (close to bus, rer, metro, highways)

Nothing big, just the airco was 17°c after cleaning.

The room is clean and the breakfast is great.

The staff told me that the water and coffee in my room were not free so I was not able to enjoy these amenities and then on my last day another staff told me that it's free and I could use it every day.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are comfortable and offer great value for money. The hotel has a large outdoor and underground parking area, making it very convenient for guests with cars. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and efficient, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.
