Clean rooms and comfortable beds

You can't easily locate the hotel even with the navigation

I needed an extra mattress which was provided with out additional charges

A hand bag was stolen from the room most likely by the cleaning staff. I reported the issue but no action was taken. On returning back home, we found several other items were missing from our suitcases, not just the hand bag that we reported.

It was close to a bus stop so that we could travel into Paris using public transit.

The cleaning staff was extremely loud very early in the morning. The restaurant service was terrible. The stars indicated did not correlate with expectations for the stay.

Helpful staff, nice bathtub, clean.

Perfect hotel room. Short drive to CDG airport.

On weekends the hotel can only be accessed through the main gate of Le Bourget airport. The hotel should have a sign directing drivers to that entrance, as the hotel is not visible at that point.

Rooms are clean

The first time the receptionist gave us a room with unfinished washroom; when I went back to him to complain about this issue, he said all the washroom are the same...unbelievable.The second time, (3 days after) I got a room without heating

Hotel rooms and bed are comfortable, well equipped. Nice breakfast and very nice staff.

Close to le bourget

I have been overcharged and they will not reply to message through booking.com . They could not print an invoice for me at reception , told me they’d email it and they haven’t , a week later .

I was there for one night only because my flight on CDG was cancelled. All is good, reception desk is helpful, rooms are spaciouse,, it's about 20 min by car from CDG.

Bathroom needs renovation

perfect location next to Astonsky at lebourget airport. big room and comfy bed. silent.

check in process took a long time. staff at check in not very friendly. Expensive so for what you get.sink would not drain

The location is perfect for the purpose of my stay. Very good hotel with nice staff.

The breakfast buffet at the 1st day was very poor when I came down around 1 hour before the end: no more scramble eggs end other items missing. The lady was very nice and proposed boiled eggs. Croissants were delicious.

The staff were good

Paid more than what the price was when I booked it 7 months ago. Friends were not aloud to stay even though there were plenty of rooms available . I have stayed here many times and it has never been this bad

The location is inside a fence closed all the gates only one open, the restaurant closed at the hotel no bus hopefully, we have car.

Breakfast is quite basic, but fine.

I did not like that there was no additional lock. The only lock is the one that can be accessed by a key card. So i felt unsafe in the room as there is only 1 turn lock and not a keychain lock or deadbolt lock. The picture i attached looks like they removed them all, i have no idea why they would do such a thing.So if someone was to knock in the middle of the night I would not have felt safe to open the door. It means that anyone who has a keycard could have access as there was only one lock. I did not sleep well at all. I also asked if they could change my room but they said that all the locks were the same so i stayed in the room but felt uneasy. I was also a lone woman but was travelling with colleagues who had seperate rooms.
