AC Hotel Paris Le Bourget Airport

I love everything about hotel Stuff is very helpful and perfectly train Rooms clean and comfortable Breakfast is really good Design of hotel is outstanding

Staff was very friendly. Rooftop bar was very nice! We didn't stay long but were satisfied with the hotel. If we stayed longer I would have chose a hotel with a better location. I did not try the restaurant, so not sure how good it may be.

Our room specifically had a few cosmetic issues. One was the smoke detector was hanging down from the ceiling by the wires. And the shower was missing the soap dish so you had to put your soap on the floor. But all in all, not a big deal.

Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was ok could be better though, location was good as i was attending Paris airshow

There was no fascilities near by, for example supermarket

Traveling for work the hotel is in a nice area close to airport, commercial centers and exsibition area. The rooms are spaceful with confy beds and pillows. Bathroom also with great shower and all amenities. The breakfast is also very nice and the top floor restaurant very well renovated and food great!!!

Missing a Nespresso machine in the room to be excellant

It was clean and staff was professional and very friendly. I felt perfectly safe while staying there.

Location wasn’t ideal. The neighborhood didn’t feel the safest.

Hairdryer broken, coffee capsules not refilled, pillows small and hard.

Modern felt like a new hotel immaculate. Beautiful room top restaurant

Hotel has no close links to metro or any public transport and has a remote location. Have to take taxi every where which we didn’t realise when booking, nothing around location to able to walk to anything

A Room with a View to the Airport !!!The location is amazing, if you like airplanes. If you do not like, no problem, very nice sound isolation , you cannot hear them .The staff is very nice, when we try to enter via the shortest way and the door is closed , Miss P was extremely nice and helpfull and we went around, easy.The restaurant is nice and the breakfast also.

The hotel is very nice But in the other side of the road, there is a need for cleaning and paint some of the buildings....

Location is excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The food was nice too.

They did not have a selection of pillows.

Very clean. Easy check-in/out. Huge room compared to other Paris hotels. Staff was very accommodating.

Location perfect next to private flights FBO. Rooms and shower is okay. Bed is comfortable.

Restaurant has only pizza for diner in the weekends. Breakfast is okay, but not as in the pictures. Bit misleading.

Decent price for interconnected rooms. It's very rare or pricey to find these in the centre of Paris!Location, despite being outside of Paris was only a 30-40 mins drive to most attractions. We had young kids so it was best to drive around, specially when coming back from a busy day in the centre and they could just rest in the car on the drive or even fall asleep.Area felt secure as well, being in Le Bourget airport. And it was also very quiet.

Not the hotel's fault but rather SatNav's. The gate right next to the hotel are closed over the weekend and certain times at night. I didn't notice a note on the hotel website. This should be mentioned as it will be helpful. We came at night on a Saturday and were confused how to get in.

Horribly staff sorry! The two girls working on the front desk was playing managers and was very unfriendly and disrespectful. Please coach your staff, you never know who is in front of you.

Fantastic personal and restaurant was wonderful. Pool was an excellent addition to relax after long working day

Maybe hammam could have been cleaned but more. Gate at parking wasn’t working and no borne for electric car

in spite of request for vegetarian breakfast - no eggs n no arrangement was done,we lost the wallet and CC Tv could not found in lobby
