The staff I interacted with were lovely and the room was amazing for the price and location only 5 mins walk from cafe del mer.

I like everything about the apartment, which is very clean, very quiet, and a good place to rest. And also good location.

Very friendly staff, frequent cleaning, spacious and comfortable apartment, excellent Wi-Fi, affordable price and quiet location close to a wonderful swimming spot and the lovely Sea Side Kiosk.

Water pressure in the shower was quite reduced and the stove didn't work very well, but we managed. Balcony door didn't lock. On arrival, it took us some time to find our apartment. As the number started by 2 we thought it was located in the 2nd floor. It wasn't. Another guest pointed the way through the corridor to another side of the building. Signage should be improved or this info should be mentioned in the check-in instructions or check-in letter.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms equipped with a kitchen and kitchen appliances, a large bathroom... All in all, for the price you pay, you get excellent accommodation. Of course, for more modern and newly built apartments or hotel rooms, you’ll need to pay up to three times more. So, this is an excellent value for money. Near the hotel, there’s a promenade for walking, a beach, and various cafés and shops. By bus, you can reach Valletta, Sliema, and St. Julian’s in about half an hour, as well as Mellieha Beach.

Perfect location, beautiful views, a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs etc with foods and beverages, very close to the bus station, fantastic stuff and lovely people around. Clean towel and bedding every other day x

Not enough furniture to put your clothes of from your luggage, otherwise all good

The blonde lady at the reception was so kind and sweet, we had many shops nearby and the beach was just 10 steps away.

Maybe it wasn't close to the center.

The location is very nice, 30 min to Valetta by car. The balcony is big enough for two people to have a breakfast and enjoy the morning and the sea is visible from there. It is also close to the beach (less than 5 min walk). The bed is comfortable and the cleaning staff does their job well. There are enough kitchen utensils and appliances to cook whatever.

Rooms are modly, furniture is old, shower barely has pressure. Middle aged receptionist is rude. Very hard to find a parking spot in the street or nearby.

Apartment had everything you needed and plenty if space,bed ok .Staff were lovely,short distance walk to the main bus station and local shops and beachfront.

The tiles on the bathroom floor could do with re grouting as grout was very loose and would stick to your feet or shoes.the shower tray had a stain in it but didn't affect use.the oven dials weren't very clear they had been worn off, so be careful when switching on.worked well tho.

There were some very loud and rude guests staying on the same floor, yelling and shouting in the hallway in the morning, afternoon and evening. I complained, in the reception the 1ST time and nothing changed. The second time they offered to move me to another room. It was a hassle and I shouldn't have to be the one moving. In the new room, the fridge was too loud and made loud knocks, so I had to turn it off.. The electric box was very loud at times. The bed was very uncomfortable in both rooms. There were hairs in the shower and I saw cockroaches several times I was very anxious about leaving as soon as possible. Overall it was a bad experience

Great accommodation! We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We slept very well. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was very close to the beach. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was much nicer than I imagined from the pictures. It's a 3 minute walk to the National Aquarium and the bus station. We recommend it for families!

Cleanliness of room was good & checkin/ checkout was smooth, staff is very polite & helpful

There was no microwave, water becomes cold in shower after 10 mins. No tea coffee sugar sachets provided in kitchen

Excellent location. Close to most things but far enough to be very quiet at night.Receptionist was fantastic nothing to much trouble.

Only slight downside was water pressure was poor so shower wasn't the best. (Possibly only my room).

Room similar to those in the pictures and clean - no signs of mold mentioned in other reviews. Fully equipped kitchen as well as a hair dryer, clothes drying rack and an iron in the living room area were really nice.Great location close to the Bugibba bus station where you can get direct buses to most of the island.The price was astoundingly low in January, about 25€ per night

Not great sound isolation, you could hear someone walking through the corridor as if they were in the room with you.3 out of 4 pillows on the bed were really weird, dense and kind of bunched up, I would prefer the normal soft and fluffy ones

There was nothing of that kind.

The staff are very eager to please, and even the manager, Karl is approachable and helpful. I was surprised how quickly they rectified electrical problems which I'd pointed out in the room and even rolled out across other rooms.

It's rather out of town, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing because it's a lot quieter at night.Housekeeping had used a king size sheet on two single beds push together so it was not big enough for the beds which are 90 cm each

Great location - close to the bus staton, bars, shops and restaurants. There is someone at reception between 8:00 and 20:00 to sort out any issues with the apartment or provide information.

The sofa was unusable. No shower door.

The furniture is very dated and the shower is not the best, but we still had a good time. There was everything we needed for cooking although we had to buy everything - salt, oil, etc - which perhaps could have been provided by the property, as surely those who arrive and buy all this, then leave it there as we had to do since we could not bring it back on the plane. We slept well, we had a good mattress and pillows and the area is quiet. Parking was very easy, free and convenient in the street in front. We highly recommend Lidl as the only supermarket in the area is incredibly expensive. Very friendly and helpful staff, Jan was really helpful and kind to us :)

Everything was perfect, the ladies at the front desk are very kind I and helpful. Janice gave me a lot of useful advice and answers to every question. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect. I highly recommend, I can't wait to return ❤️ Thank you ❤️

Proximity to the sea, just cross the street. A few minutes walk and we were at the bus station, from where you can get to any part of Malta. Around a lot of different restaurants and bars. Major attraction in the neighbourhood is Malta National Aquarium just 5 minutes walks. A few minutes and we have a large supermarket, not counting small shops. The kitchenette was equipped with basic dishes and pots, you can easily prepare a meal yourself. Cleaning took place every other day, including changing towels. In addition, the service was very nice, every day they greeted us with a smile and asked how we were doing.

Currently there are road works, but only during the day there was noise. It did not bother us at all, because we were usually out of the apartment at that time. The only inconvenience was the occasional dust or a little mud when it rained. I suspect that once the works are finished there will be more parking spaces in the area and better access.
