Next time I like to book half board because at the Hotel you can get 4dinners at 22 euros or 6 dinners at that price. I had 5 days so one day I had to go out for dinner.

The hotel is clean and very centrally

Friendly service great location very clean and a pleasant surprise with a free bottle of wine and some very nice little cakes in the room and a free upgrade to a suit ¿¿

Couldn't fault it

Good breakfast, small but heated pool inside

Wifi was not working in the room completely, we told this twice but noone ever shows to check it

I didn’t like much about the property really! We got a room on the bottom floor across the street from a noisy bar. The doors were peeling and warped, carpets were disgusting

See above. Also on Monday about 20 rowdy boys came to the pool And pretty much took it over with swearing and rough play. It was not relaxing

I booked for 4 nights but left after 2

Tiny room , old and worn bedding, noisy , sauna and lifts not working, terrible food for breakfast

So quiet and relax , the breakfast was so delicious ?

More choices of food in the buffet dinner and the lift only one was working but everything was perfect .see you again ?

Clean room.

Being Maltese me and my wife we went many times to the hotel this Saturday dinner had only half buffet table selection and the food was terrible as my wife was upset what a let down.

It is well located for what we needed. Very good breakfast and very helpful staff

Food, staff was really excellent good choice and variety always hot and plentiful. Room a little small but with a nice balcony.

The room a bit small, entertainers a bit dated.

(1) Indoor pool - size, temperature(2) Policies - No water fountain or water provided unless you are on "All inclusive" ; not allowed to fill water bottles !(3) Family room should have four twin beds - not two twin beds and a sofa bed

The room was ok clean breakfast a good selection of food dinner also although we booked only breakfast we had the option to have.dinner in the hotel and also had a good selection of food flowing wine and beer which also was of quite good quality the only thing that I didn't like was that we had to finish our dinner at 8 30 but then again we went upstairs and went in the bar were there was some music and it was lovely so thank you and keep it up

I enjoy booking santana hotel as I know we are going to receive high quality service from the staff very polite makes me feel so welcome and the food is very good I can't fault the hotel and the staff that's why I keep going back.

I couldn't find anything to dislike

It was my second time i stayed in this hotel and I find it nice and economic

The only thing is that even tough the staff say that the indoor pool is warm but it isn't

Breakfast isn’t bad it’s pretty average, but they have wide variety of cheese. Room was spacious and bright, everything looked and worked well. It had a nice balcony. Facilities are good. The room and hotel itself was clean. They decorated it nicely for Christmas. There is free parking right in front of the hotel and a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.

For me it was cold at night, but for my husband it was ok. So, I asked for a heater(cause A/C doesn’t heat, it just fan and it makes temperature cooler, it’s centralized) well, they couldn’t provide it and offered blankets to us. Other than that it was all good.

Excellent buffet breakfast. Very clean and modern room. A 40" TV. A balcony where one can relax with a table and two armchairs. Entrance to the room was with a swipe card which I liked. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable for a good night's sleep. There were many lights so the room was very well lit. Loads of space where to keep you belongings.The shower was very spacious and there were both a hand held shower as well as an overhead rainfall one.

The only little thing I didn't like was the lack of hooks in the bathroom where to hang your clothes. This is something that most hotels overlook.
