I liked the location a price.

It clearly was a hotel that people used to smoke in. The room still has a smoke smell and it’s covered up with floral scents.

Very nice property, good location, very convenient to travel from and to, lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, clean, great staff

The apartment we were in was massive with room enough for 5 people, so a great choice if you're coming with kids or if you're with a bigger group. Apartment has everything you need, decent bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen too.

Somewhat dated look to the place, there was some noticeable dust around the room, although I assume in the summer season it would've been cleaned more thoroughly because of more visitors. The hairdryer is in an awkward location away from the bathroom, even though there would've been plenty of space for it in there.

Super friendly staff, everything you need you can get at the reception (adapter, water etc.). The apartment had a lot of space, kitchen, fridge, microwave and a balcony. It was clean, great value for price. The location was good, you have a lot of buses close, shops and restaurants. Definitely would recommend!

It's not the place if you expect 5 stars but it doesn't pretend to be. It was excellent, so cheap! Had my own kitchen, balcony and ensuite. Was there a whole month and didn't have to clean or do the washing up once. Very very good for the price. Staff were great and veiw was amazing.

I know why it's this way, I get it but... I accidentally, drunkenly, locked myself out on the balcony late one night. I only managed to get in because some geeze in the hotel over allowed me to go through his suite. It meant me climbing over 2 balconies to get to him... which is why the doors can't be open from the outside. Luckily this one has a 24hr reception. Be careful people

The price is perfect, the location is near a bus stop for many busses

Very central and convenient. Basic, comfortable and clean. 24 HR reception is a bonus and staff is friendly and helpful.

Bad

Staff were unhelpful. The room was filthy. The bedding was very dirty and damp. Pillows were yellow asked for new ones given two.But they were just as bad.Towels were supposed to be white but grey and very rough.The blankets were very smelly and smelt damp. There were no duvets to use. Even the curtains did not match. Left after one night had booked for 7 and there was no way I would have stayed another night. The lifts were filthy and there was a cigarette in the groves of the door lift looked as they had been there forever. I have never been so disgusted .Avoid!!

Hi sorry to say lack of utensils or cooking 2 people staying but single beds and lack of seating bed settees would have been better.

A few sightseeing locations (like Aquarium and Old car museum) were at a very short walking distance.

The doors in the apartment tended to get stuck (both in the rooms and the bathroom), which created a lot of stress as there were clear signs that they have been previously broken out to get out. The electric kettle in the room did not work, when we asked for a substitute, we received a replacement that worked, but had a huge crack and leaked all the time. The socket adapter we bought at the reception desk (there was no option to borrow it for the stay) did not work and we had to return it. The hot plate had only one working spot out of two. The lightning in both rooms was so dim, that it was not suitable for reading. The shower hose leaked badly. The floor in the bathroom was wet constantly as there were some major problems in the pipe stand - the sounds it made resembled a horror movie and it leaked water. There was an insufficient number of cutlery for four persons, the dishes had to be washed before using as they were of dubious cleanliness. There was no cutting board, no paper or kitchen towel. There were roaches in the kitchen cupboards. The soundproofing was so bad, that we heard the talks and movement of all the neighbors around us, living next to the elevator did not help either. Parking near the apartment was problematic, as it was difficult to find a free spot.

Massive apartment really good value and great views. I would stay again

The apatment was spatious, big and comfortable. The staff friendly and servable. The location excellent, A lot of affordable markets and restorants nearby.

Good central location, beach at the bottom of the road. Very spacious apartment, with kitchen area. A big terrace, sea view.The house keepers were lovely, approachable, helpful a big shout out to both of the ladies ? You made my stay better

The reception team I was not so keen on! It started off ok, but it's not good to be told lots of the local information as soon as you arrive! It's too much especially if you have been travelling all day, you do not digest it! But what would be useful is clear information re the WiFi access, do's and don'ts! And not to get annoyed with the guest if they are having problems connecting especially if you need it for work and Zoom meetings! Maybe explain it logs you out and once you go upstairs you have to resign in! The night receptionist guy was not pleasant, he was more interested in watching stuff in his laptop! The staff were off with me after the WiFi issues! And we all never acknowledged each other again! No skin off my nose but incredibly unprofessional! The kitchen needs a better pan, but you get what you pay for. And no sun on my terrace the two weeks I was there and we were not allowed up on the top terrace where the small pool was and that's where the sun was shining!! The reception staff have put me off booking again, and thankfully I found a much better place for my last 2 weeks.

The apartment was spacious, with a large balcony with view directly on the sea, very well located near several shops, restaurants and just beside Malta National Aquarium, which I highly recommend too. Staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay in this complex again. The apartment was very good value for money and the complex felt safe as it was manned by staff 24/7.

There were some minor problems like lack of towels one day and some noise from next door but staff resolved these issues in the main. Plates and cutlery were rather sparse but all essential items were there. Some equipment was rather old and non-functionnal. But overall most of it was. The worst part was the shower. Hot water eventually comes but only after a very long time.

Location was good, lots of restaurants and bus stand was nearby. Easy access to beach.

Water heater provided was dirty and the utensils were also dirty.

I was happy to come back in this friendly hotel for the second time in 2024. The staff is always there to help and assist you with a great smile. Rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast has plenty of choice. Location is perfect as it's close to the main bus stops in Qawra.I will be definitely come back.

The staff was consistently professional and friendly, readily assisting with every request. I stayed in a room with a beautiful sea view, which made my experience truly amazing.Good location.
