It was a fantastic stay near 3 good supermarkets and bus station to center and they provide free bus pass

I have booked through booking.com. However, when I arrived they requested 500 euro as security deposit. They take this deposit from certain nationalities. No deposit is required from locals. Booking.com should notify their users upfront about the deposit requirement (with the type of nationality that are applicable to). Also free cancellation should be allowed if guests choose not to pay.

The hotel maintains excellent cleanliness standards and offers well-appointed indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complemented by dedicated relaxation zones and massage facilities.

The hotel required an unexpected €500 security deposit with no prior disclosure. Furthermore, an additional €35 charge was applied as a local tax without any advance notification or explanation.

The outside pool is magical, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Gym was renovated during our stay.

Nice parking! Easy to get to. Room was basic but I likely got what I paid for so that’s on me. Would have been nice to have a kettle or coffee maker in room but oh well! The pools looked nice. We were only here for one night and it was comfortable enough.

They had lovely bicycles included with the hotel.

The towel warmer was not working. They should offer slippers for guests to go to the pool and spa.

One day the spa was over an hour late to start everything. But this didn’t affect our overall stay as we did something else in the mean time - one gentleman wasn’t too pleased.

‏Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Ewwa at the reception! She was super helpful and friendly, explained the whole tourist plan in a really nice and easy way. Always smiling, very polite, and honestly made such a great first impression when we entered the hotel. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel welcome right away!

The parking was good, the spa perimeter was very big ang satisfied, great gym and pools. Nice room's balcony. Good room size.

The check-in was agonizing - to much filling and extra details on the first moment was unnecessary. The absence of AC, lack of kettle or coffee machine in the rooms was dissapointing.

The best hotel I’ve chosen to celebrate my birthday! Great location close to interesting places, amazing food, the view from the room is absolutely top, I can’t wait to come back. Our backs are quite picky about the mattresses, but the one we got in our room was super comfy, we slept like babies. The most lovely thing is how friendly and accommodating the hotel staff was! Just ?????

I guess the fact that every vacation comes to an end, and we needed to leave sooner than we wanted ?

The hotel and room looks nice but in reality it is not comfortable and very noisy. The train runs right below the hotel which made our whole room shake and was very loud. We just needed a comfortable place to stay for one night and barely got any sleep because of the train.

The staff at check-in and check-out were not nice. Along with the loud noise from the train that is right below the hotel you can easily hear people next door and walking in the unit above. When we arrived the pool was already closed so we didn't get to enjoy it. The breakfast costs 30 euro per person which is very expensive so we ate breakfast elsewhere.

We needed a fan during the day but they couldn’t provide it.

Great view. Good location ( 8/10). Near to the bus station. Nice breakfast but not the best. WiFi is good. Freindly staff.

From the moment we walked in, the fresh, clean scent of the lobby set the tone. Our modern room was impeccably spotless, with floor‑to‑ceiling windows framing breathtaking mountain views and a generously sized balcony to soak it all in. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable, guaranteeing a perfect night’s sleep. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat to unwind and recharge, this is the place—and I can’t wait to go back!

Maybe the gym was a bit small considering the amount of hotel's residents.

Hotel was amazing. Rooms big and very clean , balcony had a beautiful view to the mountains . Location is very good, short walk to the gondola station and après ski bars. Might seem a bit harder if you have your skis on but you can rent a locker and leave them at the gondola station . Then it is a very easy 6-7 minutes walk to the hotel . Hotel is close to some good restaurants which makes it easy to grab dinner in the evening.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. It is very expensive and a combination of a la carte with buffet. I was surprised to see there were no fresh vegetables available at the buffet choices. I ordered the scrambled eggs but they also came with no vegetables.

It’s a great hotel in a very good location within walking distance of shops restaurants and ski lifts. Very nice room with balcony and very clean and comfortable Staff truly wonderful

Very plain - functional. No service to speak of. We asked for a kettle in our room. Told no kettle. At 700 per night for 2 rooms I expected Kellie. Woman in front asked for a porter to help with bagels. We do t do porters she was told. It’s a soulless pointless hotel.

Spa and pool facilities are a joke . Way too small, badly organized, noPurpose or flow. Some people nude in sauna otherwise no clothes. Zero staff to help.

The furnishing of the hotel was very nice consistent throughout, friendly staff and nice room set up
