    Pros +

    • - very cosy and authentic Alpine-style hotel- warm and welcoming vibes - spacious sauna - robes for guests that they can receive on reception - good breakfast - very good dinners in the other hotel of the same chain in 6 min walking distance - spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and pillows - The bus stop is right in front of the hotel - Free parking for guests
    • The place has that old style mode which is perfect. I like the furniture and the vibe it gives. Warm, comfortable and perfect view. They were generous by giving us 2 rooms while we are couple, so we kept our clothes and things in a room and we slept in the second room, actually was nice. Too many towels to use, clean place and a nice balcony.
    • nice and cozy accomodation. Great restaurant services and food.

    Cons -

    • - There was no coffee and tea in the room, and even there wasn't a kettle [ but the kettle was given to us upon our request ] - There was no refrigerator, even though there was a dedicated place for it -
    • It is far away from restaurants, supermarkets and a very quit area.
    • the smell of food coming from the kitchen in our room

Nice and cosy hotel, good breakfast. Skibus goes just in front of the hotel. Free and spacious parkingplace.

The centre is located about 1 km from the hotel and hotel is on uphill.

    location clean room

We booked a classic room, the room was clean but very small and the bedspreads were of poor quality. There was no refrigerator or electric kettle in the room. The breakfast was normal.

The hotel's location is beautiful and it’s ski in. Ski lifts are 10 minutes away. Staff is friendly and helpful. The ambiance is good, and the rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. The breakfast is delightful, featuring fresh juices and coffee.

There are no slippers, no kettle, and limited dining options, which we understand since it’s a boutique hotel. However, the restaurant is only open for dinner, and for New Year's Eve, we were required to opt for a set menu of 6 course menu priced at €150 excluding drinks(regular dinner €49 included 4 course menu ) , with no alternatives or room service available. The bus to the center of Zell Am See availble only untill 6 pm and if you delay in town center you ll have to walk uphills for about 25 minutes.

it was really nice, cosy hotel in perfect location. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were cleaned every day. People, who worked there were polite. Perfect for winter holiday!

Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff was extremely nice, we were arriving very late and they offered to prepare us some snacks for the room and left us keys with easy instructions. The same with checkout, we were leaving very early and they offered to prepare some snacks to go. We had half board and every meal we had was excellent. Sauna area is super cozy, as the whole hotel.

We loved everything and would definitely pick this again.

Boutique Martha is a beautiful romantic setting up the hill from the main town of Zell am See. With great bus links both up and down the hill (1 minute either way) it's in a great location. The hotel is very smart and seems to be something of a "foodie" location with the excellent "Flo's" restaurant. A delightful outdoor pool (fresh water) thats big enough to do serious swimming, set in beautiful gardens. There is a nice sauna and relaxation suite downstairs which we made use of. The superb staff made our trip and Matthias (spelling?) went out of his way to make us feel at home. The breakfasts were great: plenty of variety and very well stocked. Loved it and would love to go back in the skiing season.

    Nothing really!

My daughter and I really loved this place. We were so pleasantly surprised by the decor of the hotel, restaurant and room, not to mention the gorgeous pool in a really beautiful setting. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast and easy access down the road into town. Perfect stay.

Nice grounds. Large room. Good breakfast. Welcome Card.

Ground floor room at the back near the restaurant with quite dated decor, no tea and coffee facilities in the room, and the cleaners could do a better job especially behind the bathroom door!

Wonderful small hotel in a beautiful locationBreakfast buffet exceeded our expectationsVery friendly owners and staffThe decoration of the rooms and the rest of the hotel breathes cosiness and attention for detail. Free parkingThe pre check-in because it saves timeThe view And last but not least the location, half way between the center of Zell am See and the lower station of the Schmittenhöhebahn

If we must mention anything:Our stay was too short to use the nice poolOur stay was too short to eat at the restaurantOur stay was too short to do all the things the direct surroundings have to offer...But we now know, and will be back!

The location was great, as it was close to the lift and next to the bus stop. Also, the food was amazing! Absolutely loved the breakfast! The staff was also very kind and friendly. Would definitely come back next year!

Food was excellent! Dinner was better than we expected and the staff was caring. Nice winelist as well. Also breakfast was supernice!

The breakfast was wonderful, but unfortunately that was just about all!

You pick the beautiful room on the internet but you get something else. The room should be called a closet and not a room. They claim dog friendly. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and in the backyard. Backyard was fully covered with snow. The restaurant is nice but on the overpriced menu are 4 main dishes. And they don’t change the menu. We were waiting for carpaccio 45 minutes. So, you need to eat in town which is about 20-25 minutes walking distance down the road. Also road which is going by is very noisy and noise from the kitchen, deliveries or cleaning crew starts around 7am. People with skiing booth are also allowed to walk early in the morning on tile stairs and corridors. Almost impossible to sleep late.

Room was a bit small but clean and fine for what we needed.Ski bus stop to the lifts and down into the town was right outside the hotel, which was very convenient. My son did manage to ski back to the hotel, but the piste wasn't great condition (and the pistes on the mountain were perfect)

We had dinner at the hotel on the night we arrived and it was v good, but we did consider having dinner on our last night (we stayed 4 nights), but the menu was exactly the same with only a limited number of choices. I would have been nice if the menu had changed during this timeThe reception times were not very convenient - mostly when we were out skiing for the dayWe hadt o leave at 6am on day f departure and were told they would leave breakfast for us at reception, as we had paid for 4 nights B&B. However, there was nothing there in the morning, which was disappointing
