Seevilla Freiberg in Zell am See exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, right on the lake, offering beautiful views and a very relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the SPA area impressed us with its variety of saunas. The food was absolutely delicious, and the fancy dinners surprised us every evening with their quality and creativity. A truly wonderful stay that we would gladly repetat.

We liked the staff the best! They all were amazing; from the chefs to the wait staff (very professional! and very customer oriented), to the receptionist who answered our questions and who helped us solve problems! Because of these people, we asked to stay an extra night!

The location and view from our room and dining room were amazing! No place is perfect! The challenge here is the trains going by. However, we slept with our door fully open to the lake, the air is wonderful, but the sounds of the trains are not. We stopped by the pharmacy and purchased gel ear plugs. They work like a charm! We have our view, our rooms are private so we don't have to close our curtains, and we solved the sound issue!

Stunning views across the lake to the mountains beyond. Location is great; just a 5-10 minute flat walk to the central area. Staff all very helpful. Going half board was not much more than B&B and the evening meals were excellent; 5 courses of gourmet style food. Spa area very nice, but other nice touches like free use of the rowing boat and like all hotels in Zell, the summer card is a real bonus. Sunbathing area beside lake was nice. Was concerned about limitted parking and proximity of railway line, but neither proved to be a significant issue.

Only issue was the shower; tiny shower screen meant that you flood the bathroom each time.

Rooms have outdoor decks overlooking the Zell am See with fabulous views. The restaurant and the lounge are really great. The dinner was outstanding. The tourist passes are incredible: included a boat trip, cable car and more.

Parking was free but the spaces were good for small cars. Today’s cars are too big. We did not realize that we could order omelets for breakfast. Also wish there was a self-service coffee machine in the breakfast room.

our room smelled like someone broke the bottle of fake Armani fragrance, chunks of hair on the terrace, probably thrown down from the balconies above after brushing hair outside, it was nasty. didn't like pillows, way too fluffy and soft.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room and facilities were very clean and well-kept, which made the stay extremely comfortable. The location is perfect, close to main attractions and easy to get around.The staff were very friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. On top of that, the view from the room was fantastic, which made the stay even more enjoyable.Overall, a wonderful experience — I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers

Perfect lakeside location, excellent staff service, and outstanding breakfast and dinner. We will definitely return!

The front desk was very helpful with the intry process and giving the zell am see cards and they provided us with the charger converter and thanks for that , breakfast was not too much choice for muslim only the eggs and cereal but everything else was unbelievable to describe

The people who park they don’t respect the lines and make it very difficult to park

Location was outstanding in one direction (facing the lake) and nit so good with railway tracks on the other side.

Parking was very limited and very cramped. One has to backup about 50 yards to turn around.

Fantastic location, right on the lake. The hotel ran its own shuttle bus to and from the ski lift. The food and drinks were good, and the facilities were good. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everyone enjoyed their stay. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic location on the lake with great views and just a few minutes to walk into the town. The staff were very helpful. There was a good choice for breakfast and we ate an evening meal there one night, which was excellent.

The shower was over the bath with no proper screen so water went on the floor and it only reached up to shoulder level (5’7’’ female) so tricky for hair washing!

All rooms looking over the lake. Watching the morning mist rising above the lake and over the mountains is magical. The chef at the hotel is always great. I would recommend half board. The spa downstairs is lovely and they have more than one sauna and steam rooms. Refreshments offered throughout the hotel, so if you fancy a peppermint tea with some dried fruits and nuts then you don't need to ask, it's there for you.

The coffee in the room is delicious. I would have loved to have more that is included in the price / package. However, the hotel does offer you to buy more at only 1 euro.

Nice location by the lake. A little off the veneer and the ski lifts but quiet.
