The facility in the hotel is wonderful.

Amazing breakfast, beautiful property, the employees were amazing, and close to the main part of town. Overall, a great place to stay and relax in a beautiful town.

Our stay there was like a dream !! Great view and very luxury rooms !! The staying inside the room it self was giving a very good relaxing mode !! Really I can not forget my stay in this sweet luxury hotel ! And I must give special thanks to Mrs Allena !! I hope I mentioned the name correctly you !! She did all the best for us since we made the check in till the check out !! I recommend this hotel for every one looking for special memories in Zell am see without any negative issue all the vibes was too positive

Great hotel for ski holidays. 5 min from Gondola, 1 min to ski rental and restaurants. Several saunas, outdoor pool, ski storage room

Toilet and bathroom are separate

I was quite happy with the spa area and the distance to the ski-lifts. Breakfast had a lot of healthy and fresh options, which was quite helpful for me to get through the day. Additionally, hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were always there to help wherever they can.

Great hotel. They call it “the house”. And they welcome you with open arms. Loved the staff, very friendly. The house is comfy and intimate almost. Breakfast was good. Location is good. Everything was great.

Limited menu for room service and also limited resturant dinner options

Amazing Amazing hotel. Huge room, wonderful swimming pools and SPA, food was Perfect, location is ideal and very close to both the lake and the old town, and the staff are super helpful and smiling all the time. One of our best vacations

Nothing that I can think of.

Beautiful grounds. Lots of places to rest and replenish. Indoor and outdoor pools. Sauna.

The pool was great. The breakfast terrific. Access to the lake easy. Sister hotel is there.

It has a good location.

The wifi was not working sometimes and also the water stops many times inside the toilets.

Don't go there!

Very old and destroyed hotel, 5stars is a history. Everything is old inside, you could feel like living in museum from early 90-s.The staff wants to cheat on you - I booked 3-persons room but received the confirmation for two (I didn't check it once I recieved). When I came to hotel they told me that I have booked for two persons and have to pay over 200 Euro for my daughter, even thought on the booking website the price for extra person was 150.

One of the most comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed at - the food was delicious, service incredible and the spa had so many different facilities that suits everyone. We really had the best experience at Salzburgerhof, will definitely be back next time in Zell am see.

The staff are the best of the best and deserve appreciation and respect because of their excellent treatment of visitors and their efforts to help. The hotel's location is close to the center of the city and the lake, meaning that you don’t have to worry about restaurants, food, drinks, groceries and shopping stores. The rooms are cleaned all the time and there is enough space. Good activities and sports you can enjoy surrounding the area. I extended my stay for more nights because of the wonderful environment in the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone to enjoy the vacation.

Honestly, there is nothing I did not like. Some small details can be improved over the time.

Would be good to have some more normal food options other than the very nice but posh gourmet food for dinners .Also unfortunately the town of Zell am See has changed not for the better with the type of tourist that now visit it , it is no longer a typical Austrian town

The city is very touristy with a lot of people, touristy restaurants etc.

Nice location and staff were great.

For the money per night I would have expected tea and coffee making facilities, iron and board etc in the room. And they did say on booking.com that there was electric kettles in the room. I don’t expect to be paying every time I want a coffee or want an item of clothing ironed. It’s pretty standard these days in most good hotels around downtown the world.
