Check in was a bit confusing. Not bad though.

Great location, clean, uncomplicated stay. Great to have access to kitchen.

Wish there was dedicated luggage storage for early arrivals/late departures.

My only critique is that the hotel was labeled as “ski-in ski-out” on Booking.com, but that was not the case.

Clean, modern and very comfortable room with a beautiful view. The fireplace made it feel warm and cozy.

There was no breakfast. The location was acceptable.

There were NO BED SHEETS on the bed. There were no humans working at the hotel. There was no one to help with anything needed, like the lack of bed sheets and how to deal with parking.

We arrived early and had to keep the car running for phone battery power while we were conversing with admin staff and a permanent resident abused us about keeping the car on. We paid extra for a balcony room however we couldn't even open the window or balcony door or even use the balcony due to the heavy smokers on the balcony next door. This was reported to the property and we asked if we could have a fan to circulate the air in the room because it was so stuffy and they didn't care, just told us to use the fan provided in the toom

Everything! We traveled for two months and Villa B may have been our favorite place we stayed or one of them. The apartment is ideally located and the area is stunning with national park. Parking is good. The highlights of the apartment were the sauna that we enjoyed and the soaker bath as well as the bay window dining area with a view of the lake Villa has its own kitchen (shared is for hotel room guests) and a large balcony with views of the lake.

Only improvement would suggest is to add mosquito netting. Left the upper part of the window open in main bathroom first night and filled with every kind of bug the next morning. Kept window open in other rooms with no problem but just closed window in bathroom and all fine

Our room did not have air conditioning, just have this in mind for summer periods, that it might get warm. Limited parking spots on site so reserve yours in advance for an additional fee. But there's a big public paid parking lot right next to this place.

The room was quite spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. It was also modern and well-equipped.

Unfortunately, the view from the terrace was disappointing.

Location is just a couple of minutes walking distance from old town. Room was clean. They have a separate lounge area with full kitchen equipment.

Beds were so uncomfortable so I had to switch with my kid, to sleep on his bed, to even fall asleep before incoming 1500km trip.It's a bit pity that they charge you extra 10 Euros per night for parking.

The location is super nice. 2 min walk to the lake. And a nice restaurant/bar on the corner.

The room had a strange door inside, locked. I suppose it was leading to the next room. Because I could hear the people from the other side. So not good privacy :(

This is the easiest 10 I have ever given.We stayed at Villa B and it was flawless (trust me I am a picky person) We were amazed from the moment we entered the villa.It is way better, cosier, and fancier than the photos.Everything was spotless and felt brand new.Furniture and appliances are of high quality, and it's extremely obvious how much attention and care the host has put into this house, not just as a summer rental, but as a proper home.The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. They even provided a big printed guide with everything you need to know about the accommodation, as well as attractions and restaurants in Zell am See.The view from the villa was terrific, you can see the lake and green mountains from all directions.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, making it feel like home.All equipment and utensils were spotless.Beds and pillows were super comfy, and the excellent sound isolation made us sleep like babies.The main bathroom had a big bathtub, a rainfall shower, and a double sink, giving it a luxurious feel.The other bedroom also had an electric sauna, which was a nice touch.I strongly recommend this villa, it’s definitely the best value for money you can find.Whenever I come back to Zell am See, this is where I’ll stay.

It would be great to have a washing machine.

Staff via Whatsapp are very helpful and speedy with replies to queries.Well equiped kitchen with fridge etc.Luggage could be left in garage after checking out,whilst waiting for evening train.Excellent location close to railway station, a few minutes walk to the lake or town centre.Reasonably priced compared to elsewhere in Zell am See

Not really the accommodation's fault but walls are thin and we were kept awake by inconsiderately loud talking well past midnight. Rooms do not have aircon, so windows had to be open, with some people smoking on balconies.

We liked everything.

The location, the view, the room were simply amazing. The guest team was reachable at all times and they were very solution oriented. It was a very warm and positive experience, definitely would stay if I visit Zell am See again.
