What’s not to like about it , it’s a fabulous location with beautiful views and stunning interior , our room was 401 absolutely gorgeous xx

Nothing not to like !

We got upgraded to the two timez hotel, which was stunning. The decor is modern and in keeping with the alpine vibe. Spacious, clean and good heating. Literally steps from the shops and a 4-5 min walk to the ski lift.

The bed and pillow weren’t the comfiest. The parking was a few minutes away.

Hotel is located in a small dead end street, not too easy to unload luggage and leave to the main street again driving backwards

A nice comfortable hotel in the centre of the town.

We had just arrived and the group were enjoying a beer at the front of the hotel while having a cigarette, we noticed that a lot of foreigners ie Muslims were looking at us as they entered the hotel, and when we asked the staff for another round of beers we were told that the hotel had run out of beer and we couldn't have any more. We take it that a complaint had been made due to us having beer at the front of the hotel, this spoiled this hotel for us.

The location was great short walk to the lake. breakfast very good ala carte options, refills on time, coffee machines a big plus.

Every thing was perfect, the staff (especially Simon), also hotel location, the view.It was clean room, with all what we need.

It is a 4 star hotel but the facilities and cleanliness was like 2 stars . Very disappointed. We booked it from booking.com . When we reached over there , our room was not ready even though it was not clean. We asked for a blanket and changed the bed sheet and pillows cover. Blankets consistently were not homogeneous, its filling was like a pieces, very used or very badly used or old may be, The floor was also dirty. Breakfast options were also not like a 4 star. It should be more and fresh.Unfortunately I didn't take photos from the room, otherwise I would like to share over here.

Hotel is close to a very noisy road, traffic and bad parking.

The hotel is in a very good location with view to the mountains and the lake. Very clean, great breakfast and the staff was so helpfull in trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We'll be sure to come here again on our next trip to Zell am See.

A beautiful and relaxing hotel, clean, with frendly staff. Excellent location. Awesome breakfast including fresh fruit and drinks. Everything was perfect
