    Pros +

    • Great location and friendly staff. Nice view from our hotel room. Some delicious restaurants nearby and a short walk to the city center, train station and boat rides. Would definitely go back again.
    • Have it all. Close to lifts, transportation, has ski rental
    • Locations and rooms is big for families Free parking

    Cons -

    • Not their fault at all, but I left my windows open for the nice summer breeze and awoken by a massive church bell that was literally a hundred or two feet from my bedroom window. Got used to it shortly after that. :)
    • 1-Breakfast is less than the standard and staff in restaurants are not friendly 2- no one will help you for the baggage bags
    • The sink was clogged in the bathroom.

The location, staff, breakfast and dinner. Housecleaning was great and helpful with making the beds on the sofa on the first day.

The sink was clogged in the bathroom.

Great breakfast and dinner. Ambiance and cleaning. Kindly stuff at the restaurant. The hotel has sauna (we didn't try it).

A necessary water kettle is missing. There are few places near the hotel for free parking.

It is the closest hotel to the ArietXpress so excellent, but there is little around it if looking for apres ski. The area is generally quiet though there is a louder apres bar just across the street, but it's quiet by 8pm (you can hear it if having an after ski bed rest! Have to mention Romeo, one of the waiters who was outstanding. Polite, courteous, friendly and very welcoming. Other staff were also polite and courteous but I felt didn't quite have that welcome.

Walls were thin so could hear louder chat/laughter in neighbouring rooms though not specifics. Heated towel rail was a mystery - had to press a timer switch which seemed to heat the rail for minutes, not enough to heat towels even, let alone drying ski wear if needed. Beds were ok, not great. Extra bed (single sofa bed) was ok for my son but otherwise uncomfortable when I slept there one night. There was nowhere to dry clothes, just two coat hooks for jackets, salopettes, bath robes for three people! The tiniest lift I've used (but this is a retrofit so understandable). No reception in the hotel, it's in the sister hotel across the patio - which you are locked out of at night (you have to call the night porter). They have ski rental and you can save a few pounds - but I honestly felt the equipment was old, so uncomfortable boots, not great skis, etc. I would recommend getting a locker in Brundl sport, about £100 for a week (bit pricey) for a family locker - saves carrying skis to and from in your ski boots, plus bonus lift within the locker room to the gondola level, and at the end of a tiring day, you get back to the locker, take store your skis, boots (heated holders as normal), poles and helmets, put on your normal shoes and free to walk back or head to an Apres Ski Bar.

Very nice and friendly staff :)

There is a bell tower right across from the hotel that rings every 15 minutes and woke us up every morning at 7 am.

I was really pleasantly surprised staying at this hotel, breakfast was various and just excellent, extremely gentle, kind and very positive hotel stuff with manners, trying to make you feel comfortable and feeling like at home, special thanx and best regards to them all because they made my vacation perfect, nice quiet and well decorated sauna part, cosy lively evening bar, all amenities for sauna provided (slippers, bathrobe), sef and tv in every room, excellent wi-fi, room for ski equipment and heaters for ski boots, 5 min walking to cable car which takes you up to all of connections to Saalbach ski resort and others.

small dark (lined with wood) one-bed rooms without proper light, so I would reccommend painting it brighter to give light to the room or place a ceiling light inside.

Good location.Nice, big and clean room.Good breakfast.Hotel includes Zell am See Summer Card.

We had first really bad impression with rude clerks at reception; Renau and Carmen. They couldn't find our reservation and told us we could go sleep at the street. They were not joking, and nobody was laughing. Also they had confirmed our transfer from the station to hotel but they left us stranded without any explanation, they just shrugged it off. This was rude and disgraceful, it started our holiday with a sour note.Thankfully other staff members were very nice.

Clean roomGood breakfastNice locationZell am See summer card

First the hotel confirmed complimentary transfer to hotel but left us stranded at the train station. At our arrival we were directed to check in at Hotel Latini. We were received at reception by clerks Renau and Carmen who couldn't find our reservation made through Booking. We asked what to do and the exact words were "You can go sleep in the streets" and nobody was laughing, specially not us. Also when we asked about the failed pick up, they shrugged off like not important. The other days days were fine and we met other people at reception who were nice and caring but our first impression was not good and we started our holiday with a sour note.

Great location and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room.

Reception, bar and restaurant were all closed so we had to use sister hotel for all these services. Did not know this until full payment was taken.

Great experience with excellent food, friendly staff and a perfect location.

    9ÁdámPosted on: 8-13-2024

The room was comfortable, clean and nice. The staff was nice and helpful.

The breakfast was a bit weird, almost all of the tables were reserved (although a lot of them were empty at the time we arrived), we could find a table only with the help of the staff.

No fridge in the room , no iron , no coffee machine. The breakfast till 10:30 but at 10 o’clock they don’t fill the finished items , you have to ask for cutlery the food quality not that good reputed food everyday the restaurant not in the same building . The checkout is at 10:30 which really surprised me , the church bell is annoying u cant sleep it rings early morning and it is facing the hotel , at the end it is not value for money .
