Great breakfast and the staff was very accommodating.

Our first room was very noisy but the staff moved us to a much quieter room that was very nice.

Hotel was exceptionally beautiful. Interior of the Restaurant and the dining area was very very good.Also the location was great close to the train station, zell lake and city center.Breakfast buffet was also very lavish and nice

Rooms were bit small.

Noisy and hot. Room right above traffic filled street without AC. Restaurant was not so good for breakfast but for dinner on the terrace it was exceptional. Dinner was the only good part of our stay besides the staff being very nice.

Coll and quiet room

Spacious room. Central location, close to old town, train station, shops. The breakfast was ok, though nothing special.

Very heavy traffic, extremely loud in the room by open windows. The swimming pool is tiny.

The breakfast was very rich, the spa area was exactly what we needed after a day on the slopes. Thanks to the hotel for robes, towel, anything that you could need. All the staff were very friendly, gave discounts for ski equipment. The bar has exquisite sprits. You must try the snaps from the stags horns.

Super cute hotel with very friendly staff always willing to help with everything we needed. The family room we stayed at was huge and fully renovated. The location is very convenient right at the center of Zell Am See and only 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The breakfast was very good with many options available and the hotel restaurant was very good as well. The pool even small was super fun for our daughter and the sauna a very nice extra.

Breakfast was amazing. Attentive and friendly service. My scrambled eggs with bacon was somehow elevated to one of the best I ever had.

My room had a room to the road, and the noise made me wake up earlier. If you don't mind missing fresh air, close the window.

Breakfast was excellent: bedroom was clean and comfortable; location was perfect; nice atmosphere with apres ski; saunas and pool area were ideal for an end of day naked relaxation. The hotel was within walking distance from the station. I would recommend.

The garage was too small for my car so i need to use the alternative one...Deposit box was not working.

The biggest attraction of this hotel is that it is family owned and managed and they go out of their way to make visitors feel welcome. The location is 5 minutes from Citiexpress gondola and the hotel ski storage is very convenient. The restaurant menu is excellent and although we had not booked half board we ended up eating here 3 out of four evenings! There is also a pleasant outdoor area for apres ski! A charming hotel - a real flavour of Austria!

Electronic locks on ski lockers a little stubborn - but sorted quickly by staff.

Accommodation cost and food prices at the restaurant were quite shockingly expensive for the quality. But I suppose that's just ski resorts in peak season.

Perfect central location, friendly staff, comfortable and clean room with good WiFi and a big tv, good breakfast, the swimming pool is small but my son had a lot of fun playing in it

Perfect location in middle of Zell am See. Not far from bus station to come to the Schmitten Skiing Station. Restaurant from the hotel is really delicious with fair price.

They don’t have shoes for the room as as any toiletries for washing. Room to the street and first level very noisy and window was damaged.
