It is perfect for a 3-star hotel.The breakfast was really good, and the staff was friendly and eager to help. The room cleaning was also good.There is free parking available about 200 meters from the hotel. The location is excellent, it’s very close to the CityXpress gondola, and with roughly 100 meters of walking, you can reach the ski station.Overall, it is definitely worth the money I paid.

Location is very central few steps from bus station and from train station. They offer summer card which is a great value. The staff is very helpful and cheerful. The room despite small but very clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is very good . The jacuzzi in the top floor among the nature is fantastic experience.

They can add some small items to breakfast like yogurt, however still breakfast is very good

Great location, and really comfortable rooms! The breakfast was delicious. But, the staff were the best part. Every one of them went out of their way to be friendly and nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location is Perfect. Also Room was Perfect. If it gets colder in night, Standing heating is there. Also Sauna and small area for reading Books. Breakfast is also included. Must try.

In Reading Area, there are books, all in german. Please put little bit of English Novels, So Foreigners can read those.

Prices are very fair. Location is excellent located right in the middle of Zell am See. Staff is always very friendly and polite. The breakfast is quite good, especially since it’s included in the price. Their restaurant is also very reasonably priced and the food is generally very good.

Lamp in my room was broken, other than that, experienced no issues.

Fantastic hotel and Julia and all staff were exceptional and accomodating with very good sized rooms and a wonderful rooftop spa and jacuzzi, loved the food and restaurant with highly efficient staff there too, very central and convenient for skiing too as very close to lifts and ski bus stop, loved our stay

The hotel is very well situated in the middle of the city. The room was spacious - and the interior decoration is very tasteful. The breakfast is fantastic - great selection of fruits and vegetables, besides the usual selection of cereals and bread.

Due to the location along the main street - there is some traffic noise, at least in some of the rooms.

Lovely comfortable hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Excellent restaurant. Great breakfast. Most of all loved the rooftop hot tub and sauna - great to ease any skiing pains, with a great view from the hot tub. Location was just perfect, so convenient. Rooms are well soundproofed from any noise at night

I appreciated sauna and whirpool on the roof. Perfect pozitivní in the centre of the town. Great!!!
