Breakfast was exceptional. They put a lot of work and detail in the breakfast. Fast and very clean

All was good. What made it exceptional were the owners. They were on site and did the work.

Everything superlative! The hosts are wonderful, welcoming people, constantly concerned about our well-being (they kept us informed and gave us the best suggestions). Everything impeccable: cleanliness, varied breakfast, delicious and elegantly served in a warm environment. Thank you for everything!Zell am See is a gorgeous place. With the card you have access to all cable lines and buses, including in Kaprun, a nearby resort, from where you can climb all cable installations up to 3029 m. Dreamy!

The rooms were really nice and clean. The breakfast exceptional, fresh fruits and berries and three choices of eggs served to order on top of the breakfast buffet. Our experience at Comfort Hotel Garni Landhaus Gitti could not have been better, and the hosts were amazing and very attentive.

the location is prety good and very easy to access any nice places. The breakfast is fantastic presentation and bring the guest the very nice new day. The host gave all of the possible information around the place, and also have a lot of information about the local life. Thanks.

We really enjoyed staying there because of the location and lovely view (mountain view) the size of the room is good and the bed has clean sheets also they clean the room everyday if you want them to and they provide Shampoo, shower gel, lotion, hair dryer also they installed bidet our booking has breakfast included and it was amazing Ms. Gitti cook the breakfast for us and it was great also they have buffet for cereal, yogurt, jam, honey, butter, bread, tea. They provided us with summer card. There is coffee machine you can buy also there is soft drinks. It has free parking in front of the hotel

Very clean and staff were very helpful and provided us with Zee lam see attraction cards which allow us to get many attractions for free

We could not be happier with our stay, everything was perfect, the owners were super kind, helpful and hospitable, we even get free upgrade of our room. Although the hotel is not located in the city centre, there are several restaurants nearby

Very good breakfast. Lots of fruits, berries, breads, dairy, meats etc.It's a small family run hotel and so the hospitality is great.They upgraded our room for free - The view from the balcony was fantastic

Fantastic top breakfast, very nice owners, room is modern, clean and comfortable, big balcony with nice views, and quiet area. Would 100% recomend it and hope will come back in Summer time! :-)

We liked the owners and the nice property. Ski-room in the garage was great. Coffee machine too, also everything was very neat, clean and well organized.

Ms.Gitti and Mr.Marco are very nice and helpful , we all feel our in our own home , perfect breakfast , nice and clean room.

Communication not clear, spider and dust in the bathroom, bad ownee's attitude, ski storage is in the owner's garage.owner yelled at me in front of other guests because I said that the room did not correspond to the pictures of the room in the booking listing. In reality, this room does not exist even though it is shown for the room we booked.

Me and my wife went to Zell am see Austria for the Christmas holidays to do some skiing we booked our trip last minute and we picked Landhaus Gitti , when we got there we received and warm welcome from the owners , and we got treated so well through our the complete stay and the owners couldn’t do enough to help you with your plans and your stay the breakfast was all hand served and made fresh and was one off our highlights was looking forward to the breakfast each morning , great place to stay and well will be back to stay another time.

Great housing, comfy room. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, offered a lot of useful information for our ski trip. Breakfast was very good as well. Will definetely come back!

I am María the wife of Juan José, I am not English speakers so I am trying to speak who I think of this hotel.First you must be there before 7.30 pm because there are not checking after that hour.That was the note that they sent the day before our arrival.We had to drive fast to arrive on time.The bed was uncomfortable. It was a wooden edge, when I got up and sat down it hurt the back of my thighs.If you leave the bathroom door closed when you open it, it smells musty, very strong smell.Very small bathroom with almost no place to put your toothbrushes etc.I didn't shower because the towels were old and didn't look clean.At the breakfast the fruit was not fresh.I complain because they charge a lot of money for what they give.The worst hotel of my entire trip of a month.The hotel owners are very kind, the man and his wife, but that is not enough.I never write comments but this time I took my time to do it because I felt that I wasted my money in this passenger house. It wasn't a hotel it is a passenger house.María
