Clean, attractive hotel in great location. Beautiful breakfast. Friendly, attentive staff.

All staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful!Breakfast was varied and fresh and also had several choices for vegans.Bed was comfortable and the room was small(standard single) but was well furnished.Place was spotless!!

Pillows too high and firm but staff brought better ones when asked.Mosquitos come into the room if you leave the window open at night to have some ventilation.There is a phone in the room but it doesn't workThere is a coffee machine in the room which is great if you drink coffee - it would be nice if there would be a water kettle option and tea..The rest area in the sauna could do with some refurbishment and better sun beds. They are uncomfortable and very small

Location not very good with noises till late night They provide the summer card with fee of 11 Euro per person and minimum to buy it is for 2 days so we paid 22 Euros per person

Room was hot and no A/C…and lots of street noise when the window was open. But that goes with having a good location.

I loved how centrally located this hotel is — everything is within easy walking distance. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Hotel Traube is very central in Zell and within an easy walk of the Bahnhof, City Express ski lift and all shops, bars and restaurants. The staff are really friendly and helpful and my room was a good size, clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a great coffee machine! The hotel breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. I would happily recommend Hotel Traube!

Great Breakfast and great coffee! friendly staff in the centre of town perfect for the ski slopes and walks round the town.

Pleasant front desk,cleaning and restaurant staff.Breakfast punched above its weight.It had many more items than one would expect for such a small hotel. The bed was comfortable.WiFi reliable .

Shower hot water pressure was minuscule.It took 10 minutes instead of 3 minutes to take a proper shower.My room overlooked an area in front of a very active bar ,so it was noisy until about 2 a.m. with window open.Quiet with window closed.

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, great breakfast, very comfy beds, spare duvet and blankets. Great location, sauna could be used at any time and very well stocked with towels and water

No faults. Church bells ring at 7am for a few minutes. But I liked that. It might bother some people. Saved us having to set an alarm as we were up early for skiing.

The bedding and furniture is so outdated and old. The pillows were especially worn out and didn’t feel nice or hygienic.
