Very poor, really poor and expensive breakfast. Our reservation was hotel’s overbooking, so we had to move change rooms during our stay.

It’s so unique and has good view tooVery quite. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

It’s a bit nerve racking when you first get there but maybe because we arrived at night and lost our way due to google maps but still the slop is steep and the rails looks very very weak pretty sure it would not hold the car in case you veer off the course. Just be careful and arrive early.Don’t rely on google maps for this cause it will take you on different path just follow the signs, this is HIGHLY IMPORTANT to keep in mind.

Hotel looks like very new, apartments modern and nice, clean. Perfect servis and great breakfast. You need to count with 15 mins walk to hill in case you will not use car to visit downtown. Swimming pool great. Price include ZELL AM SEE-KAPRUN SUMMER CARD, which save a lot of money to visit numerous costly atraction around.

These staff was very helpful and the room and the apartment was very clean.

As there was restaurant ; sometimes there was smell of food in the apartment.

The location was amazing so high up giving fantastic wonderful view. The breakfast was very good great selection. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

We had a wonderful week at The Berghotel Jaga-Alm. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean. On arrival our name was on the welcome board outside and we were offered a slight room upgrade, which was very much appreciated as the view was absolutely stunning - lake, forest and ski slopes all in one. We had breakfast in the hotel on a few days. There was lots of choice available, mainly cold (meats, cheese, cereals, pastries) but you could make your own eggs on a hot plate which we took advantage of. Coffee was fantastic too. We ate in the hotel every evening and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal we had and the accompanying beer/wine. We used the spa a couple of times, which was well set out and tranquil, although not as relaxing as we wished for as on both times a guest was in there tapping away on a laptop! We would highly recommend The Berghotel Jaga-Alm and hope one day to return.

Flies (steming from your animals) and a bit of smell. But overall great!

The personal is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are very good. The location is perfect for mountain hiking. It’s up the hill, a car is helpful to reach other destinations. There is a very nice outdoor pool. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Very good, nice service, great people, very good and clean accomadation. I and my two boys at 10 and 14 years liked ski in and out. One week with Kaiserwetter - what’s not to like

It was an amazing stay! Clean rooms, good breakfast. Great food at the restaurant for dinner, and they also serve the food extremely fast.

The juice machine is not worth it.

The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is nice and the view from the room was great.
