Room size and toilet really good

I was hearing abnormal sound coming from the furniture on the midnight twice days may be because of ghosts living in the room ?

Cleanliness. The Pizzeria Restaurant was great. The reception excellent.

Breakfast buffet was very limited choice.

Great hotel if you travel solo and with a car Great parking space ( open air ) The breakfast is fabulous Big rooms and the location is quiet Great if you are driving through or staying in Trento ( 7km away) supermarkets close by

Awesome queen size bed. Big bathroom. Nice breakfast. And SPA. Unfortunately, I didn't visit it.

My short stay.

Everything was super and impeccable service at reception, breakfast room, restaurant, sauna area, and cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general.

Prices in the restaurant, a bit on the high side, especially the antipasti and the first plate.

Second time I’ve stayed here. Great location. Staff spot on. Restaurant open until 23-00.

Restaurant and spa very good..

The bar was just below our room on the first floor.. we had an early start, and the music did not stop until 11pm. Used toilet paper to block my ears. As we prepaid the room, I think we got the rough one, that they don’t let out to anyone else.

Very professional and friendly staff, always willing to help. Our room was very large, cozy, the furniture seemed new. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were clean. We also liked the fact that the hotel is close to the highway and that a (top level) restaurant was available.

Everything was superb, but if we have to look for something we did not like, I have to mention mattress (too soft) and pillow (too stiff)

We used this place to spend the night on our trip through Europe. Its location close to the highway is a big plus. The room was clean, quiet and the beds slept well. Breakfast was complete and okay.

The interior looks dated and could use some modernization. The touristic charge after our stay was announced to be included in the room fees, when we booked and paid for the room.

Nice chilled hotel. Staff were excellent. Young guy behind the bar couldn’t be more helpful. Huge room very clean.

Nice friendly personnel, very clean, special safe space for bicycles and bikes.

The reception representative in the evening was nice

We were an hour's drive from the hotel, we called to make sure we could be at the spa tomorrow morning because the spa was already closed in the evening. We were told that there was no problem and they would open the spa for us in the morning.Actually when we arrived after making a reservation they said it was a mistake and we were told by the same representative that we could not be in the spa.The next morning when we told this to the reception representative he didn't even apologize and ignored us.It is important to note that when we arrived at the hotel it was only because of the spa and therefore we confirmed this in advance.In the end there was no spa and the room was very disappointing.The room is really not at the level of 4 stars.The hotel is not pampering at all and is not worth the price!We have been on vacation in many hotels, all of them received high marks of 9-10 and this hotel was very, very disappointing.

Very clean, large room, comfortable bed, efficient air conditioning, very enjoyable spa with sauna and pool, excellent restaurant, parking in front of the hotel.

The sauna and steam room facility were good. The restaurant is good but on the expensive side. Being Italy you can get great food almost anywhere.

The swimmingpool unfortunately was cold, and my 2 years old daughet could not stand there (we usually go to hotels with spa in austria and Germany where the water (usually, not always) is warm).The restaurant is good but on the expensive side.There is a dangerous setup close to the lifts, where achildren can walk over the dive of the panoramic one and can fall in the lift space. I mentioned to the management and they say they will sort it out. but please watch out for your kids!!!

Restaurant was good and so was the buffet breakfast.

I had to transfer rooms because the safe was broken in my room. It appeared someone had broken into the safe which made me concerned.The housekeepers were too pushy keeping a close look at me when I transferred rooms and when checking packing to check out.There was a wedding which closed the main restaurant my last night stay.The parking spots on your lot are way too small to get in and out of.

Pleasant hotel and good facilities if one gets there early enough before they close.

The billing was an utter shambles.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. A bit out of the way, not much in the area and not the sort of area you would want to hang about in.

Booked this hotel for the wellness centre and gym. But along with the resturant was closed on a Sunday
