Hotel Ristorante Alla Nave

Great hotel with a lovely bar and restaurant. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately they had given our 2 beds room away just before we arrived (at 4pm) as they hadn’t checked our booking properly. We were then place in the old hotel up the road, with dated facilities - very different to what we had booked. Was a bit disappointing there was no reduction in rate for this downgrade, but we had little other choice at that stage.

Didn’t provide us with what was booked, and instead placed us in adjacent older property that wasn’t the same standard.

Location near the main road. Breakfast was very good. Garage for cars

Beds and pillows were not comfy

The room was clean.

Avoid room 203. They say that you have a gardenia view, but the window was placed at 6 meters high, you could not see anithing outside, not even the sky because of the curtain. It felt like sleeping in a prison room. The bed had only a bed sheet to cover yourself so I asked for a duvet with cover, after much consideration they gave me a blanked but did not have any bedding for it to cover it.

Everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. There is garage for cars. Perfect! And the view was amazing. The most wonderful thing is the restaurant. Absolutely gorgeous! Fresh food, so delicious! Pizza, pasta, seafood everything was the best of the best! The breakfast was good and there is food for everyone (kids, parents, gluten free, allergic) for every wishes. ? Recommend ???.

Very comfortable room and a good breakfast. The hotel has free parking and if available, it has covered parking.

Very unfriendly. The guy was showing me to my room in another building, I was struggling with my bags so he lost patience and just gave me the key and walked off. All the hotel staff were like this - it’s supposed to be the hospitality sector !The staff in the restaurant were completely different and okIncredibly noisy - on a busy road and a railway line. Don’t stay here if you want a good nights sleep

Good location when you need a short stay. Very well with the private parking. Nice and friendly staff

Liked the hotel restaurant, great pizza. Clean room and easy parking. The hotel was very easy to find with Google maps, a convenient location.

The pillows in the room were very low and not very supporting. (might be a personal preference).

Great hotel for a stopover to your local destination. Very good pizza in the hotel restaurant :) Good breakfast. Free parking.

It was close to the highway making it very convenient to get on with our trip. It’s extremely clean, authentically Italian (lots of locals come for the food), and the staff were extremely friendly.

The restaurant was open until 22:30 so we got dinner even though we were late. Pine furnishings were simple but cosy

The hotel is in a good position near Lavis. The room and bathroom were cleaned. The bathroom quite large with a good shower.

The main issue was the lack of windows in the room. There was only one window in the roof (in a very high position). The only available window was in the bathroom (with a nice view, but...)

Lovely room and comfortable bed, nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Nothing really, just that the salad in the restaurant was a little less for such the price but perhaps I just ordered the wrong thing.

We came there late in the evening and had really good dinner the room was very clean and everything was just fine. Only stayed one night on our way to Gard from Germany.

The room was very quiet despite the hotel being located along the main road. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with a generous choice of pastries.
