Pros +
- Everything you want and nothing you don't. Exceptional staff with a very personal touch. Breakfast fantastic by Italian standards (usually mostly cakes and sweets). Small detail - music was constantly playing in common areas and was unusually good. Felt like it was very consciously chosen by a person who cared.
- The staff were incredible at this hotel. They accommodated our late arrival, wrote us handwritten notes upon check-in, and always helped us with anything we needed. The location, so close to the main bus hub, was also great for traveling around the entire valley.
- Great staff. Phenomenal breakfast. Worst mattress and pillows
Cons -
- I cannot think of anything. It is a 3-star hotel and reflects that. Unless you are looking for "luxury" this will completely satisfy.
- This hotel was practically perfect. Perhaps it would have been nice for the hot tub to have been complimentary, but the rental for a private spa experience was also incredible and unique.
- It can be a bit noisy as next to a busy road but they supply ear plugs which only 1 of us used (as she does everywhere due to being a light sleeper) and it wasn't an issue for us

Family run. Very welcoming. The outdoor seating with shade was great. The interior was charming with cowbells and wood etc.
Everything. Lovely staff, good breakfast, cozy decor. We would definitely stay here again

Very comfortable room, great breakfast and excellent staff. Overall charm
Loved the location of hotel which was close to the bus station and about 1km from the Dolonne Gondola and 4810 Ski hire (this was a super hire store which seemed very new with a beautiful cafe, shop and airy boot storage area downstairs). Breakfast was good for the price paid, good buffet and plenty of choice. Hotel wasn't far from the shopping precinct area and bars, about 5 mins on foot uphill. La Padella Pizza restaurant about 2 mins walk, fantastic food and reasonably priced. Staff all very friendly and hardworking to make your stay enjoyable. Cleaning of rooms with new towels everyday!
Could maybe have done with a jug of milk at the cereal bar but other than that we were very pleased.
The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast and cosy areas for a drink in the evening. Very convenient to have a land rover shuttle to the cable car when too lazy for the short walk.
Location, staff, transport to ski lifts, rooms and breakfast simple but good, lovely lounge and bar.
Nothing. All good
A middle aged group of skiers, we got what we expected. Convenient location, plenty for breakfast, pleasant lounge/bar area, some interesting beers and great staff.
Very clean, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Good value for money
Breakfast is pretty modest
Charming and cool decor. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Land Rover Defender as a shuttle bus! Breakfast was good - rooms were warm and the footlocker had a boot warmer which was great. Location as so close to town and the restaurants. The bar area had a nice buzz about it in the evening, not lively but just right.
Needs a toaster (but there is a grill thing, a bit like a Dualit rotary).
Great location, lovely staff.
A bit too expensive and breakfast could have some salad.
The staff were wonderful and so friendly. Lady at bar very knowledgeable and passionate about wine. The beautiful complimentary charcuterie platters with our drinks. The spa was great and the mint tea and cakes left for us a beautiful touch. Breakfast, bacon, scrambled eggs, croissants, the most amazing cake selection and fab coffee., Thank you everyone for making our short stay such a pleasure.
Nothing I disliked. Perhaps rooms a bit too warm but thats not a complaint as it eas snowing outside.
Good location, very friendly staff, very clean, breakfast was superb. The charm of the hotel is the mix of a traditional alpine hotel paired with a relaxed 'young' atmosphere. A refreshing change and we hope it stays like this!
Good location
The management is unprepared to address any problem and easily become aggressive and impolite. The room furniture is totally outdated. They still have carpet on the top floor of the family room and you can't close the window curtains to avoid the morning light.Breakfast is below average. They served raw eggs without apologising.
The location. The view of the beautiful mountains from the balcony. The staff were very helpful.
It was a bit noisy, but you have to expect that because of the location as it is near to the bus station.
Staff is fantastic. Nice location. Lovely looking accommodation.
Super cold. No heating. They said it was an unexpected weather condition and they couldn’t use the heater yet. But at least they should’ve provided something. We felt like we were outside. Duvet is as thin as a blanket. Even though we were going through this cold condition, there was nothing to do as they close the reception at 11. It’s located on a mountain. Can’t believe they didn’t prepare anything for the visitors.
Great location. Staff very friendly & helpful. Good breakfast.
No facilities to make tea or coffee in the room, you have to have it made for you at the bar
Enjoyed our stay - the hotel is close to the main bus station so makes it easy to get to on public transport, and only a few minutes walk into the town (although up a steep hill). The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great aperitivo between 5pm and 8pm every day and drinks well priced (for Courmayeur). The garden area was a lovely space to chill out and never too busy.
Breakfast was pretty basic. No air con. Rooms at the front overlook the dual carriageway (very noisy when the window was open due to no air con). Bedrooms a little dated.
