Chic decorated, stylish mountain hotel. Very rich breakfast. Shuttle to ski center frequently. Good SPA center with outdoor swimming pool.

Clean and well located

I had an issue at breakfast. We only had a brief period to eat breakfast before we needed to depart. We only had time for a bowl of cereal. I asked if we could have a box to take a croissant for our journey. I was told that this would cost €15. I obviously declined. I thought this was a somewhat inflexible approach at a high end hotel.

A cozy hotel with a stylish interior, conveniently located close to the city center. The shuttle driver was polite and even gave me a ride to the center despite finishing his service. I was given free parking as there was an available spot.

I requested a quiet room on a upper floor, but I was given a room on the 1st floor with windows facing a road. The breakfast had a limited selection of cheeses and fruits. The sink drained poorly.

The property was glorious. Antique type decorations everywhere something to look at everywhere, very classy place. The staff was amazing!helpful with restaurant recommendations and service beyond what was expected. We were there in June and we were able to use the beautiful indoor outdoor pool. The staff made an exception and let us use the spa since it was our first time there.

Great place for us to stop on our TMB hike, amazing SPA, awesome breakfast, located right for starting the next day's section, REALLY GREAT CHOICE!

We stayed here on a rest day during the TMB, the rooms are gorgeously decorated, can definitely see why people relax here and take advantage of all the amenities we missed out on.

We ordered a A la Carte breakfast and was told it would be ready by 7AM, unfortunately there as a mix up and the breakfast was not ready until 7:30AM. so we got back on the trail a little later than planned, but it was not something we could not overcome.

The facility was very clean. The pool and sauna were wonderful. The lounge was artfully decorated with historic pieces. The breakfast was amazing. And the evening bar service was superb.

Excellent location, very friendly staff and great food

Warm welcome, receptionist showed us our room, the restaurant & spa.Free upgraded room and access to the spa facilities.Wonderful dinner and breakfast was top class

I’ve stayed in many hotels over many years and this was quite simply the cleanest! Otherwise, great hospitality, amazing food, brilliant spa etc

We had a delightful stay here. It is a beautiful, classy hotel with old-world charm, and a lovely pool / wellness centre / garden area to relax in. The views from our room were to die for. The staff were lovely and certainly made us feel welcome.

The hotel sits between 2 fairly busy roads, so despite their best endeavours and all the lovely trees they have planted, you do still get a bit of traffic noise in the garden / pool area. Ok in the rooms though. Something to be aware of, make sure that access to pool and wellness centre is included with your room (apparantly sometimes not)
