LOVELY TOWELS AND COMFY BEDS.breakfast was simple but fine!

WE BOOKED THREE SINGLE BEDS BUT GOT GIVEN A DOUBLE AND A PULL OUT. WE PULLED THE DOULBE INTO TWO SINGLES AND THEY BROUGHT EXTRA BEDDING.

The 3rd bed provided for the triple room is not comfortable- suggest an upgrade

Main hotel location is very convenient, daily breakfast was awesome, and supporting staff was very courteous/helpful.

Room was located in annex building, which is two streets behind the hotel, about 10 min walk. The room Air Conditioner did not work. Requests coordinated via booking.com were not in place when I showed up (third bed and cost per night), which took some effort to rectify.

I liked this place for a right on spot location in the centre of the town with top notch shopping and lots of restaurants. Everything is in walkable distance to go around and easy to explore the town. Parking is provided by the hotel for your convenience in a garage area.

Very bare bones - no ac

The breakfast didn’t have much. It was bad. The room had no ac. It’s very outdated. We booked a room with two single beds and they tried to give us a couch as one of the beds, when we asked for a correction they did nothing. It was very uncomfortable.

Great breakfast, nice staff in particular the friendly waiting staff to greet you in the morning - they provided a lovely champagne breakfast for our friend's birthday! Very comfortable beds, nice hot water, fantastic location close to everything we needed

The hotel is dated overall, could do with some updating. However good value for money (would be more if refurbished) and mostly all works ok apart from the shower in our room which this year had an incredibly stiff valve, worked once we got it going but needs attention. Would LOVE to have some basic tea /coffee making facility in bedroom, really do miss our morning cuppa :-)

Huge room, nice outlook.Our super king bed was perfect for a good night sleep after skiing, so comfortable .The location was perfect by gondola and walkable to the town and restaurants .

The hotel is in a dreadful condition and is far from 4 stars hotel (hardly a 2 start). the common areas smell bad. The furniture falls apart in the common areas the rooms and the bathrooms, the hairdryer tube was cut and left to hang, the faucets were old and hard to handle. The heat was closed during the day and I had to freeze during the day that I had to stay in between 12-3. The hot water was limited in the morning. The plugs were old in the rooms and no adaptors were available so I had to leave my laptop in the reception overnight to charge. The breakfast area was dark and depressive and the breakfast was elementary and of a doubtful quality (it is pathetic to eat frozen and not well reheated bread in Italy).

Location is close to the center and an easy 5 minute walk. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, with scrambled eggs and bacon along with a wide assortment of pastries, yogurt, and juices. They will even make you your favorite coffee drink. Only reason it’s not rated a 10 was no AC. It was hot outside and the room was also hot. We asked for a fan but they didn’t have any. We left our patio door open all night and the room finally cooled down. Other than that, a great place that we’ll come back to.

No shower for 2 days, water had black particles, personel not responsive to fix.. did only offer tiny compensation, despite missing shower. Maybe this has been a fine hotel 20 years ago but now worn out, requires renovation. Did not meet our expectation and bad value for moneu. Cannot recommend. Next night in 4 star hotel, very good and lower price

The location - VERY close to the main lift into the resort. The front of house staff were pleasant.

The rooms were VERY dated, the shower a bit of a farce and the two beds in the living room were wafer thin.

The hotel is in a great location, really close to the main chairlift. It is appropriately priced. The staff are very helpful.The breakfast is excellent. Lots of variety and fresh food every morning.

Location was very good not just for the Gondola but for the walk into the village. Restaurants were nice around the hotel

Hotel management were very weak. We were placed in a room with a locked adjoining door in which you could hear and smell everything that went on. Group next door stayed up all night smoking weed. We complained 6 times to the staff, hotel manager and GM of the hotel to do something about it. Speak to them or move us. They spoke to them every night to no avail. Eventually moved us twice with 2 nights to go. Shambles.They also had so called entertainment on every night. This was painful and stopped you staying in the hotel bar. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Room cleaned well, comfy beds.

Shower took a long time to warm up. Staff were average with little to no emotion. Bar man not encouraging and poor beer selection. Expensive breakfast. Lacks luxury and staff show little emotion.

Location, great rooms, nice helpful staff

The very loud music playing in the lobby/lounge all day and every day. It would be nice to have an area where you can relax and chat to friends - maybe locate the music downstairs for people to go to if they want

When I arrived for you there was no water at all in the room. Additionally there was no hot water in the mornings in the room. I reported this repeatedly and nothing was done

The staff we rude and unhelpful when I reported the lack of hot water, even trying to argue that there was hot water in the afternoon so why not shower then! Staggeringly poor customer service

Breakfast was good.Staff always friendly and helpful.Bed in our room was magnificent.Bar area and relaxation areas in foyer is lovely.

The beds in the lounge are not comfortable at all. My daughter moaned constantly about her back.No kettle in the rooms.Dinner was not great and therefore expensive for what it was.
