Good location, good facilities

WiFi disconnects all the time, the beds are uncomfortable

The suite was great and the staff are all helpful.

The pool area was only open after 3pm and we picked the hotel because it had a pool. My wife is non-skier and so couldn’t use the pool in the mornings.

The suite was big and comfortable. The staff was great. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Short walk to center of Courmayer.

Suite was on 1st floor. No view and there was large construction project right next door.

The hotel has nice facilities, eg. swimming pool and sauna. Although they are a bit dated, they are clean and well looked after. The staff is exceptionally caring and helpful and made a difference to my stay - Thank you very much!The rooms are very spacious and - at least my room- came with a balcony with 2 chairs and a table...I enjoyed sitting outside and drying my laundry in the meantime while looking into the ski fields or reading a book in the sun:)

No early breakfasts for hikers available. They kindly give you a lunch pack, but it's not convenient to carry extra bulky luggage in a backpack.Opening hours of pool and sauna could be extended to 10pm, they are closing at 7pm, so you have to decide if you want to go out for dinner or use their facilities.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and super helpful. My room and bathroom were spotless, with everything I needed, and I enjoyed a beautiful mountain view from my balcony. Dinner at the hotel was unexpectedly delicious. I was particularly impressed by the politeness and customer service of the staff. The hotel's classic design and the atmosphere in the Bar Rouge were also highlights. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Elevator. Parking in town. Balcony.Another hotel canceled the reservation we'd made 6 mo. In advance. Pavillon came to our rescue on a Saturday afternoon.

Very expensive for outdated space. No air conditioning

No heating in the room in the summer. Although it was july, after taking shower at night the room was too cold.

A warm friendly welcome by staff, the location the ease of patking, the view from our balcony the pool sauna jacuzzi all made for a pleasant relaxed visit.

Excellent location to main cable car up to ski area. Super friendly and helpful staff - cheerful and approachable. We were warmly greeted at reception when we arrived and this carried through to everyone we encountered during our stay. The rooms were a good size, cleaned to a high standard everyday and the evening turn down service was a lovely treat. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed. Breakfast was buffet style (hot and cold) with a good selection. The restaurant, where all meals are served offered superb views of the mountains. The swimming pool and spa area were well maintained and of a good size. Perfect wind down to a day on the slopes.Would highly recommend!

A fantastic warm welcome and the Pavillon. Great location and facilities. We absolutely loved the high quality vintage interior. The upgrade for dinner was incredibly good value - they still operate a silver service and they were so attentive and the food was very good.

We would have preferred to have a "serve yourself" buffet for breakfast.

I liked the courtesy of the staff and the facilities (sauna and swimming pool in particular), the view from the room was great, I enjoyed my stay although it was not long.
