Shatush Hotel

Staff very kind, room very comfortable and clean, location close to Mont Blanc tunnel as I just spent one night and I was in transit. Possible to charge electric car close to the location.

Not easy to get to the location by car, even with the navigator.

The room was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The person at reception, was very helpful and tried to accomodate all my needs. He even offered a late checkout by noon without charge.

The cleaning person tried insistently to get me to leave the room early even if I had already agreed on the late checkout at reception. This was the only exception to a great service.

The staff was very kind. Tomaso was extremely helpful and such a warm person. The barista at breakfast made excellent coffees. Rustic rooms close to bus stop and the hiking trail to Pavilion. The views from the rooms are beautiful.

Clean and cozy room with fabulous terrace facing Mont Blanc! So majestic and beautiful! Tommasso, the manager arranged transport from Geneva with an amazing driver. Wine service provided to our room with ice, glasses and great local wine. The restaurant food was very good and the service excellent. Breakfast was terrific with wonderful selection and coffee. Shower is updated and fantastic! Skyway just walking distance across the way. You can watch the lifts from the terrace. This is our first trip to Courmayeur and the town is a free bus ride away with lots of shops and restaurants. We loved our stay!

The area is very quite and from inside you cannot hear a thing given that the hotel is right next to the streets on the way to the tunnel.The view from the room was stunningly beautiful with a large balcony

Close to cable car for ski access.

Limited food options and bar closed in peak ski season.

The Shatush was great value - it’s not fancy but had all that we needed and was super close to Val Veny, which made it so easy to make the most of our ski days.

A shower! But the bath was very nice.

Prime location, staff vert helpful.

Toilets in our rooms 1 and 2 fixed higher than normal. It's was uncomfortable to use

Amazing location right in front of the skyterrace cable car to the Mt Blanc peak! Cozy and very clean rooms, wonderful breakfast buffet! Very kind staff at the reception.

Extremely comfortable bed, great view, few steps away from Skyway. Private parking.

Location is great but if you’d like to go to Courmayeur center need to consider either 25 minutes walk or driving. That is also visible from the map.

The hotel is superior. Location is great, close to cable cars. The room was super nice that had a balcony with a view of Mont Blanc. The gentelman Tommaso at the front desk was very helpful and went out of his way to make everything perfect. He helped us with a reservation for a restaurant which saved a lot of waiting time, he also helped with booking for cable cars which also saved us time figuring everything out and overall gave us a lot of advice and tips. Super nice experience and definitely recommend 100%.

Pleasant enough, nice location. Breakfast was okay. Room and balcony very nice.

Noisy party at night. Finished at 2am. Not ideal.

The view and dog friendly

There were floodlights in the parking lot for the MB tram so it wasn’t possible to get much of a breeze into the room at night and still have it dark enough to sleep. The balcony lights were also on all night.

The location of the hotel was perfect and right by the Funivia. There was free parking at the hotel and they let us park our car there for free while we hiked the TMB. They also stored our luggage. We were able to checkin early which was nice as we finished the TMB. The rooms were super clean and the bathroom was very nice. Very nice breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Indeed, the position is a little sad, like being in a suburb, even though it is so central to everything.

The quantity of asplhalt around the hotel. The hotel itself was great!

Cozy, atmospheric hotel located next to the Skyway Monte Bianco, in Entrèves, the quiet part of Courmayer. Very good (mostly sweet) breakfast. You can also have a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant. Nice, helpful, English speaking staff.

The hotel is very nice and located in a beautiful area. Tommaso the manager did his best to make our stay more welcome. He brought us breakfast earlier, helped with transportaion and suggested a good restaurant.

The hotel is 3km out of centre but there is a free bus every hour from the hotel and every 20mins from Entreves bus stop.
