New, well maintained. Room was spacey, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was magnificent. There is a shuttle to town center or bus station.

It’s about 8-10 min walk from town center, but shuttle service compensates for it.

This is and incredible property, well located with stunning views of Monte Bianco and beautiful rooms. The staff , the General manager, Claudio Coriasco, and in the reception, Fatima, and incredible member of the staff as well as Nicolai in the restaurant area. All off them made our stay a wonderful one

Being greeted by the GM Claudio Coriasco with polite discussions about our holiday expectations enabled him to assist us personally - what a wonderful experience. The helpfulness of the team with transport to town/skyway overcame perceived travel difficulties and nothing was too difficult for them. Always smiling and remembering what we were doing/or had done to greet us personally - excellent service.

Not having air conditioning. We left the doors open at night although felt a bit exposed on ground level with easy access for critters/people (maybe screens and ceiling fans would help if you didn't want to add air conditioning?). It wasn't too hot as we arrived the day after the heatwave so we were fine - just thinking of other guests.

Rooms very comfortable with everything you needed. Excellent breakfast and free shuttle into town / lift station. The spa was excellent.

Service was generally excellent but they weren’t very helpful in arranging taxis

Excellent hotel, superb staff and great location for walking into town.

The spa and pool area is very nice, however it’s too small and you need to pre book in advance to receive one hour of access a day. Even with access restricted, you can’t swim if there is more than one person in the pool.

Simply fantastic staff and very good facilities with a nice spa. Very good food and the restaurant is clearly one of the best around. Nando presides over it all with an expert eye. Shuttle service to the lifts works well and the hotel is reasonably well positioned.Not cheap but you pay for these extras and they are worth it.

Front desk not very helpful with 5 star requests ie(like can you make aDinner reservation). SimpleRequest and all the excuses given were false. The rooms have space but very limited drawers for clothes (actually none). Children should be limited in the SPA (it’s not meant as a kids pool . As much as I blame the parents , staff could have done more. You can’t have 2 kids make so much noise in a relaxing quiet spa and ruin it for all.

Modern building, with comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfasts were always fresh and with a reasonably good range of choices. The hotel provides free transfers whenever is needed. The transfer car is new and comfortable.Gym, ski rooms, cigar rooms and many other amenities are available.

No free water is provided in the room. Water in the mini bar priced at 5€, with juiced priced 8€.WiFi wasn’t stable all the time. Breakfasts were the same for everyday during our stay.The SPA was always crowded, but the staff provides extra seats if needed.The shuttle drivers are often driving carelessly.

Bar food menu could offer a little wider selection. Quality of tea was so so, but I have found this to be the case on most high end hotels in Italy

The manager was amazing he helped us way and beyond! Same with the server who served us Also the hotel is super cozy with the snow fall and you get the full view in the warmth of your room! Fantastic

Staff is very friendly, views are breathtaking. I had one of the best massages ever. They are very pet friendly and accomodating. Dog is allowed with you to the restaurant and breakfast roomwhich we very much appreciated.
