This was our second stay at the hotel, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, and everything was spotless. What truly stands out is the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly and always smiling, which made us feel so welcome. A special thank you to Nicolo for being so helpful and kind. We can’t wait to come back again!

Absolutely nothing.

Staff were very helpful and friendly (handled any arrangements we needed). Room size was very comfortable and all areas of the hotel were clean. Breakfast arrangements were decent with variety of options and delicious. The hotel is also well situated (very close to the gondola station and withing short walking distance to the centre of the village). Another plus is the fact that ski lockers/room is on the slopes so no need to carry skis around or walk on ski boots.

Spa area could be a bit larger and accommodate guests for longer than 1hour if needed.

Airconditioning is absolutely missing !!! One should expect this as a minimum requiry for a 5-star hotel ?!In general, staff could be more helpful and frendly, except for Mr. Matteo Marcella at the restaurant, who really is a top person and houst. (I, or better they, left my slippers after changing rooms and they refuse to send it back to me ?!)

The hotel is incredibly well located, right in from of the main chair up to the slope. A short walk into the historic centre with all the bars and restaurants. Courmayeur provides the full spectrum of Apres Ski, with great dining options spread across the hill and fun clubs at the top of the chair before you head home. Le Massif had incredibly friendly and helpful staff and has an added bonus of an on slopes lodge to store your gear and relax in from of the fire at the end of your day.

Location is fantastic, right near the lift that takes you to the slopes. The boot room situated on the slopes is also very convenient and we really enjoyed the hotels restaurant / terrace on the slopes. The staff were friendly and helpful, the spa was nice but booking it was a bit of a wild goose chase. Breakfast was fantastic, clearly the highest quality ingredients were on offer, we also enjoyed the bar area.

The aircon in the room didn’t really work so we were really hot at night. The room was a bit small but this could be remedied by upgrading. A bit frustrating that the hotel charges €40 per night to use their on sight car park, was also a bit annoyed by the limited availability of the on sight spa, where exclusivity should be balanced with accessibility for all guests. Was generally a little frustrated by the need to book EVERYTHING in Courmayeur but acknowledge this is not the fault of the hotel, just a general observation on the town.

Great location with wonderful views of Mont Blanc. The rooms are spacious and warm, with all the comforts you need, plenty of bottled water too.With very attentive staff, nothing is too much trouble. Food was excellent. Spa was great with hot waters to soothe away the aches from the days skiing.

Having to pay extra for orange juice at breakfast & high daily parking charges. Also only a small thing but lighting in bathroom to dark/orange & also no shelves in bathroom to store toiletries.

Great service. Located right by the gondola. The hotel has ski lockers on the mountain and takes the ski up and down the mountain, which was a great service. Nice spa, just need to book. Good breakfast, only downside was they had all the juices but for orange juice you needed to pay extra. Nice ski lodge on the mountain too. Would definitely come back.

So, where should I start? This was our first and definitely not our last stay at this amazing 5-star hotel. The location was perfect! The ski lifts were just a quick 3-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for us to hit the slopes, whereas the city center, with its charming shops and restaurants, was only a 5-minute stroll. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel so welcomed. Every single staff member had a warm smile, was incredibly kind, and went above and beyond to serve us wholeheartedly. A special thanks to Nikolai, whose exceptional service and warmth truly made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and filled with thoughtful touches. The WiFi worked perfectly for us, contrary to some reviews we’d seen. We can’t wait to return!

The breakfast was fantastic, but one small suggestion would be to include Greek yogurt as an option. It would be a wonderful addition to the already excellent spread.

Fourth time we go to this hotel booking 3 rooms. Hotel very comfortable and close to the center. Nice rooms, clean and with comfortable beds, only bathrooms are a bit too small. Also the "do not enter" message disappears when you take out the entry card, so they cleaned the room while we wanted to get this done later. Service is very nice, but sometime a bit slow.

WiFi speed and signal is VERY BAD, this has to be fixed immediately for a 5 star hotel and price we pay. Garage cost (40€) is a bit high.

Perfect location for skiing and the loge du massif with ski butler and lockers was a brilliant bonus. Breakfast was amazing.

The fact that the spa needs to be booked and general availability of the spa should be made clearer to guests before arrival. The spa rules re children need to be enforced better. The shower in our room was too small/the rain shower head was too big making it difficult to shower without getting your hair wet. Parking at €40 a night is outrageous.

The food was very good, as was the spa. The room also had a nice outdoor area to sit in, which was a bonus. The staff were super friendly too. An pleasant surprise was that we had a room upgrade upon arrival too!

The AC in our room didn't work, and when we asked for someone to come to take a look at it, nobody arrived. The shower door also leaked so every shower we had, led to water flooding the bathroom floor.

Stunning hotel, super clean, was especially happy they upgraded my room. Breakfast is fantastic, staff are super friendly. Would stay again in a heartbeat. There's an amazing incredible burger place nearby, La Luge, wow. Location is superb.

That you had to order coffee at breakfast rather than getting it with the other items in the buffet. Not a big deal of course.

The staff were outstanding. The breakfast was the best I’ve seen.

No air conditioning. Did eventually cool down at night however we were there during a heat wave.

Spa needs to be pre booked and was full during our stay :(A twin set up was more like a double with the beds right next to each other and no space between which was quite embarrassing for us. They ‘ran out’ of gluten free food at breakfast, not ideal with a long day in the mountains planned.

Staff were excellent, helpful, friendly and professional. The restaurant was also really good.

No a/c in bedroom - that was the only weak point
