Close to lifts and large rooms.

The sink in the bathroom is for looks only and you can’t wash or shave in it.Toilet paper was cheap and awful.

The price of a pint of beer in the Hotel bar was a little excessive !

The ski lift literally right outside the hotel so people could see into our room from the cabins - the noise of the lifts went from 745-615pm everyday so it was not relaxing to sit on the balcony. Staff on reception were rude or not very experienced- we were told wrong time for breakfast, they didn’t know the answer to questions etc. We got kids laundry done and they charged us adult prices which seems unreasonable but I didn’t like to question it as the reception staff were aggressive. There was a question over an item on our bill and the manager was very rude. Ski shop didn’t open early enough to get to kids lessons on time so had to leave ski stuff in our room. Food options were unhealthy. Kids food was limited. The bottles of sparkling and still water that was free in our room were charged at EUR 7 at dinner.

Great hotel, pool, spa, spacious bedrooms - plenty of storage. Great boot room & access straight to gondola.Lovely treatments at the spa & spa staff were excellent. The head waiter at breakfast was so welcoming.

Gym was tiny - I was unable to ski this holiday so planned to use the gym/pool/spa. The pool however was great.

Thank you so much to the team for making our stay so enjoyable. They were amazingly helpful and friendly. The hotel is fantastic, well located and there is everything you need for a wonderful ski break. We will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel - location, property, food and above all fantastic staff

The staff were very helpful and polite. The location was good. The hotel was spotless and the spa was nice after a long day skiing.

Staff uniformly helpful. Nice room. Comfortable bed. Excellent housekeeping. Skiroom so close to lift. Excellent massage in spa.

Food disappointing and not of the quality we expected. Eg ( half board dinner) lukewarm soup, very stodgy risotto, burnt toast served with cheese entrée. Odd consistency of scrambled eggs on breakfast buffet ? powder not fresh eggs. Slightly better restaurant experience with dinner à la carte but still not of a standard we would have expected from a michelin listed restaurant. Wine prices atmospheric. . Essentially nothing under 60 euros per bottle. Huge regrets we booked half board.

The hotel felt comfortable and “homely” despite being very large. The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful.

1. Dinner at hotel needs improvement

Our room was lovely and comfortable, spotlessly clean, and we had a nice view from our balcony. Breakfast was really nice.

Bizarrely we asked twice in our stay to eat in the restaurant with our friends in the evening and were told that they were completely booked out and that it was not possible but our friends then showed us photos of how empty it was when they were eating. We couldn't understand.

Exceptional hotel with beautifully comfortable rooms with everything we needed at hand.The rooms are so quiet and the beds luxurious, we slept so well. Excellent Maître d' and waiting staff at breakfast and dinner. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the food was delicious every night.The spa facilities are perfect after a long day of skiing

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that transpired during our recent stay at your establishment in Room 3006 on December 31, 2023.Regrettably, a member of your staff was involved in an incident that resulted in a serious injury to my wife. An sharp item fall down from trolley in the tiny lift, causing a deep cut on her foot, leading to considerable pain and significant bleeding. The incident had a profound impact on what was intended to be a joyous New Year's celebration.I wish to acknowledge the prompt and compassionate assistance provided by Mrs. Lea at the reception. Her professionalism and efforts in helping us during this distressing situation were commendable.However, despite the positive interaction with Mrs. Lea, the overall experience has marred what was supposed to be an enjoyable trip. Considering the substantial amount paid for a three-night stay, we expected a level of service that would ensure the safety and well-being of your guests.While we appreciate the efforts made by your staff to address the immediate concerns, we believe it is essential for you to be aware of the impact this incident has had on our experience. We hope that corrective measures will be taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.Our intention is not to dwell on the negative aspects of our stay but to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that necessary improvements will be implemented. We trust that our next visit to your hotel will be free from such unfortunate incidents, allowing us to enjoy the quality service we had initially anticipated.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we look forward to a positive resolution.

We liked everything. The room is perfectly arranged. I loved the walk-in wardrobe the most. It is essential for a ski trip. Special kudos to the chef. All the meals were perfect. The dessert buffet was fantastic. The personnel was attentive and accommodating. It has been a pleasure to spend our vacation at Daria-I Nor.

The ski boots were not dry in the morning.

Great hotel in an excellent location with really easy access to the slopes. A ski shop in the hotel where you can rent all you need and leave your equipment overnight. The ski lift is literally outside the ski shop and takes you to slopes. Food in the restaurant was great and something different available every night. Excellent spa with swimming pool. Great cocktails at the bar, especially "Le P'tit Normand". However, the key stars at the property are the staff, who were simply superb. Always helpful, going above and beyond. A great team that made the stay extra special.

These were very minor and do not take away form how great the place is, but a more powerful shower would have been nice and we had some difficulty getting through to room service to place an order.

The location, spa, bedrooms and staff all deserve the 5 star rating. Breakfast also excellent with various hot and cold options and egg preference made to order.

We were a group of 8 and decided to book half board, unfortunately this was a mistake, we were very disappointed with choice and frankly the food was well below par. Also alcohol and non alcohol drinks were way too expensive even for a 5 star hotel. No where else we visited on the resort charged such over inflated prices.

position of hotel is great. we had a fabulous room and the bed was extremely comfortable. the staff are all amazing. so friendly and helpful across the whole hotel
