Pros +
- Staff was super friendly, tried everything to make you feel welcome. No hidden costs, all was as published on the website. Location was superb, in the middle of the town and close to all facilities.
- Breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful and flexible.
- Central location close to all restaurants and also easy access to ski lifts, great value for money, good selection for breakfast, ski lockers available, staff were great.
Cons -
- Parking not in the building itself. Fridge in the room did not work and no effort was made to repair it. Breakfast started at 8 AM only, which may be a bit late if you you have big plans for a day.
- The rooms are fairly expensive for what you get but that is quite common in ski resorts!
- I’m struggling to find a fault with this hotel Iv stayed in many ski resorts and this hotel ticked all the boxes for a family of 4. If I had to be picky I would say that the family room was a little smaller than expected but it’s bearable and we would definitely stay again.

Bedrooms were clean but that’s probably the only thing I appreciated in this hotel
I have done hundreds of hotels in my life across dozens of countries and that’s probably the poorest hotel refurbishment I have ever seen: poor thermic and sonic isolation, walls and painting plastered into a weird 70s back in the future look and feel. No room service, no reception direct lines in the rooms, breakfast completely average, no parking in the facilities and on and on. Seriously, if this is a Boutique 4 stars hotel, then there must be some sort of misunderstanding about what a boutique hotel should be…
Brilliant hotel. Rooms large with balconies overlooking the ski lifts and mountains. The restaurant is 5 star every night. Some of the most amazing meals we have had. Great restaurants and shops around the hotel and easy walk with skis to a small outdoor 4 person stand up gondola to the main ski area.
You have to pay to use the jacuzzi in the afternoon.
Staff delightful - so kind and helpful and professional. Great spot - really pretty views from balcony. We were only people in spa one evening so felt very nice and private. You have to book your slot for evenings.
Only issue apres reveller noise outside. Pack ear plugs. Otherwise, most enjoyable stay.
The lady on reception was very accommodating- really very nice to me after we’d had a 16hour journey and needed to check in a day earlier ! Excellent Seevice.
Nothing not to like
Amazing hotel, great welcome, good service. They were so nice, for the cycling event that was taking place that I was part of they put on breakfast at 5.30am because they knew we had an early start. That was not just some food left out but a full breakfast service with the staff. Rooms are lovely and facilities are great. Parking was easy.
Location
The breakfast was very poor with low amounts of food available and a whole basket of croissants and pain au raisons were extremely well done and in edible! Burnt
Convenient to town, friendly and helpful staff..
Breakfast hours in restaurant.. should be 7am but it’s 7.30 so you loose half an hour in the morning..
Very central location, great staff, good breakfast and amazing views from the balcony
High price for the size of the room
excellent overall, a few niggles, but comfortable and recommended nevertheless
we have stayed before without any noise issues, but we had a room this time with interconnecting door. Although it was closed , we could hear neighbours coughing and snoring, not good sound proofing if you have one of these rooms
The staff were very polite and welcoming and the room size was good with good size bathroom and balcony etc. It was close to a bubble lift although that did require walking across a couple of roads or scrambling down a bank but thats fine. Also close to centre so near restaurants etc.
1. Decor could do with updating 2. Despite telling staff safe in room didn’t work 3 times, nothing was done to mend it during our stay. 3. Breakfast had lots of different offers, but the cooked breakfast was cold (particularly bacon etc - the warming pans weren’t on for long enough clearly), and there was no salt/pepper on tables. 4. The heating was not turned on in the ski lockers so boots wet in morning. 5. There was a damaged chair on our balcony when we got there which we asked to be replaced but wasn’t. 6. reception was ok with bar and fire but not large for number of rooms and not very welcoming. Spa was ok but extra charges for hot tub etc which is normally included.
Amazing room - good view from the balcony and clean throughout the week. Friendly and very helpful staff. Delicious breakfast (although scrambled egg could have been better).
Boot dryers did not work. Afternoon tea had run out by the time we returned from skiing.
location, room and staff
cold breakfast room , Sauna Was 15euros then 20 should be included in the price for a 4 star hotel
Room was warm, bed was comfortable, balcony had an amazing view.
Nothing - faltless experience, value greatly exceeded the reasonable prices
Room was spacious, enough for 2 people with separated bath and and toilet. Tap water has a better quality and taste than water from plastic bottles! Breakfast has a pretty good variety of food and coffee. Bar in the lobby is very convenient for guests who doesn't want to go to any other places at the evening and enjoy a fire place. Swimming pool is a nice addition if you'd like to use it.
Free sauna would be very helpful after skiing for relaxation. And it is almost not available because you need to make a reservation, and wait can be more than 2 days. Also, you need to pay 15 Euros per person for 1 hour!!!
room was nice and comfortable with a nice balcony and view of the resort. Breakfast has ba nice large assortment of foods. One the staff members, Alexandre was very helpful with everything. We wished all other staff members would have been as nice and helpful as him.
The staff didn't inform us about the free shuttle that was very close to the hotel, but instead, they (2 staff members) told us we had to exit the locker room onto a street and walk to the lifts. We ended up taking a taxi back to the hotel since our morning very long and extenuating walk wasn't anything we wanted to experience again...Sitting in the bar area for about 20 minutes or so, we still hadn't been waited on and had to walk to the bar and ask the bar tender if he could wait on us and he seemed annoyed and took another 10 minutes to serve 2 hot chocolates and one tea....
Excellent breakfast.
Needs a real restaurant. Most alternative restaurants had been fully booked before or at our arrival time.
The location was good being central to many restaurants and bars in the area, going skiing takes a bit of planning to think about which lift to go up - but this does give you options as to which part of the mountain you want to explore!
Unfortunately one of the chairs on the balcony was broken which was annoying for Apre Ski drinks whilst the sun-sets (did tell the reception twice that one was broken). I think there was a struggle with translation!
