- Staff was top-notch; from the front desk to the concierge to the team at the spa and restaurants, we were so impressed with the service. A wonderful place to return after a day on the slopes. Room was well-appointed with all the necessities and then some...and that view! Loved the spa, the outdoor pool and sauna facilities, and breakfast. We absolutely recommend this place!
- Location, accommodation, and the staff were excellent
Cons -
- Staff were great. Location perfect. Food at the restaurant was very good and the breakfast amazing.
- Food and drink are expensive The outside pool and sauna could do with updating and the jacuzzi wasn’t working.

Staff were great. Location perfect. Food at the restaurant was very good and the breakfast amazing.
All staff went out their way to make us feel very welcome.Dinner in the restaurant was good with great view.Free bottles of water as we checked out was a great gesture.
The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the village. Easy access to the slopes and to nearby shops, restaurants and bars. We stayed in an executive suite and the room was spacious with lots of storage.
Food and drink are expensive The outside pool and sauna could do with updating and the jacuzzi wasn’t working.
The toilet didn’t work well and ran all night, the spa was chargeable per visit although this was not clearly advertised, coffee machine was broken, hot tub was broken, outdoor pool was full of flies with rubbish piled up in the corner , car parking was expensive, the first room we were offered was tiny and the view was poor
Amazing service, very professional staff and superb location! Close to the shops and ski lift. I was nicely surprised by the chauffeur service on demand. We had the panoramic view room which was exactly as described. Nespresso coffee on our private terrace was perfect!
Everything was perfect.
We really like our family suite. No frills but very cute and perfect for our family of four. The view from the room balcony is amazing. And we love the lobby bar area where we like to enjoy a glass of wine and charcuterie. The location of the hotel is also fantastic. Finally, the people who work at the hotel are very kind and helpful.
This year the outside hot tub was kept at a very cool temperature throughout our stay. There was a sign saying that this was for environmental reasons but that seems hard to believe. The hot tub should be kept hot as it is a vital part of the experience. Unfortunately, the quality of the very expensive breakfast was quite low. The hot food lacked taste and was in some cases inedible. This was not the case in previous years. We love this hotel so hope these small adjustments can be made to ensure a great experience for customers.
amazing Spa facilities with very good therapist. the room was a decent size anc comfortable
breakfast was average
The hotel was in a great location, very clean, comfortable room with excellent views and staff very friendly.
Had to contact reception twice to replenish shower gel and toilet roll.
The ski lift was next to the hotel and you can ski to the back door of the hotel ski shop where you can store your skis and boots. Very comfortable clean and quiet rooms, supported by superb staff. Nice comfortable bar with appropriate live music. Loved it.
Passable
Rooms in the older part of the hotel didn't meet expectations, quality was lower than expected and not worth the price point. The additional charges for breakfast and the spa, on top of the price of the room, also felt like they weren't worth it, particularly when compared with other hotels at similar price points.
pool, breakfast, service, friendly staff
Perfect location, amazing staff with a particular high recommendation for the mixologist at a the bar… amazing cocktails
Bathroom a tiny bit below the rest of the room standards
Staff was pleasant and helpfulvery easy to get to lifts.Attractive communal area and bar.
One of the reasons we booked this hotel was to use the outdoor wellness facilities after a day spent skiing. However what we thought was a hot tub turned out to be a Nordic bath, which is kept at 33 degrees, which is too cold to spend more than a few minutes in. If the temperature was just increased to body temp it would be much more comfortable. The sauna was broken so we couldn't use that, but to their credit the hotel did give us a free session in the spa. However, the website doesn't make it clear that there is an additional cost for the spa so we were disappointed not to be able to use it whenever we wanted.
Very nice atmosphere and perfect location.
I couldn't use the spa with my daughter of 12 yrs old because the age limit was 16 yrs. Very dissapointing.
We went there last year. Pretty good. This year staff very inexperienced, breakfast was poor- coffee terrible. My wife wiped the table down . Concierge very confused about contacting us for restaurant bookings. Valet parking couldn’t work out how to drive my defender! Pretty sure the next door room were smoking pot !

Staff are outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble. Authentic, premium decor
More expensive than other hotels. Parking and Spa are chargeable
Pathetic
The young man on reception was very rude , he clearly did not understand how to communicate with guests to make us welcome, he had zero hospitality skills whatsoever , this also included the lady at the restaurant , she was so stuck up , looked down on us and did nothing to engage in conversation she clearly had an issue and did not seem to enjoy her job, it was the worst service I ever had and for a five star hotel this is a joke , the rooms were tiny , dirty and the toilet is a cub board
The Balacony was wonderful, with a great view and lovely sun in the morning. The quality of the furnishing were wonderfulService in keeping the bedroom clean and tidy, excellentSupport around car parking and Bike storage was great
The range at breakfast was too limitedCleanliness of the Jacuzzi
