    Pros +

    • The hotel was lovely, i m not even going to mention the location. It was pretty much the best choice we could have made. Lovely breakfast too.Board games downstairs made the evenings a tad more fun.
    • Excellent breakfast, especially if gluten intolerant, lots of cakes, bread and quiche made specially.
    • This was our second stay at Alp'Azur. As previously, the staff were extremely attentive to our requests, helpful and warm. Breakfast was a wonderful selection of continental breakfast foods and the location couldn't have been better for foods and ski rentals.

    Cons -

    • There was nothing particular but if we actually need to bring something up, dont fall for the sign at breakfast that says 5 minutes for boiled eggs, make it 11 better yet 12-13…
    • Had originally booked for a twin but wasn’t very clear at the end of process with booking.com to stipulate so ended up sharing a small twin with my hairy mate! Should of just booked a single, had the same room and paid half the price.
    • No complaints about our stay.

Staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond. The hotel was well situated within the town in order to go skiing, ticked all the boxes I had for the trip.

Excellent location, staff, and bedroom overall. The owner was very kind.

The steep staircase to enter the hotel feels a bit dangerous, particularly when wearing ski boots; skis are stored in an external room, separately from the boots. That room needs to be locked and keys must be returned inside the hotel, which makes the whole thing a bit annoying - although not a major problem

Location is Excellent, at 15 meters from the intra city "ski lifts" allowing to have easy access to Ski slopes. View from hotel is great, Junior suite does not have much view, but is very spacious. I recommend.

Very close to bucket lift.View from balcony was great.Close to restaurants.

Before the stay we didn't receive any responses to our many instant messages or emails asking for help with questions we had. Quite annoying!

The Hotel looks very nice from outside and inside is even better. The wood deco is fantastic! It has everything even table games to play with family/friends. The breakfast is very nice with salty and sweet homemade food, fruit, very complete. The staff is friendly and the views breathtaking. The reception opens for booking in at 3pm, it has WiFi, a pizzeria and a Crêperie is very near (1 or 2 min walking distance), and the cabins to get up the snow to ski are just oposite the hotel.

The coffee from the coffee machine. It’s not terrible, but could be better :)

    Room a bit small

Excellent location, absolutely perfect and great room at the front with balcony

I was initially given room 6 overlooking the building site next door which I didn’t like

    9TobiasPosted on: 7-2-2024

Very stylish designed rooms, good breakfast.

    Construction site next door.

The location of this hotel is excellent, and main reason we would think about it again. It is 20m from the mid station of the bucket lifts and it is possible to ski right the way back, for intermediate level skiers. The hotel is clean, very pretty and the staff are friendly.Breakfast was good.

As the hotel is a chalet-style building, the walls are thin and it can be very noisy. There were some very loud guests staying at the same time, on the same floor and sometimes it was like they were in the same room, it was that bad.I would take some ear plugs next time as it was very difficult to sleep. The ski room needs better security. It is just a shared key and no individual lockers. You would never leave your own skis in there. They need a code lock like they have on the front door, plus then individual lockers for each room with separate keys. There isn’t a bar as such. They do service bar drinks in the lobby but this stops after 8.30pm.

Rubbish ruined by a rude arrogant receptionist

The receptionist was a moody women who hated all English people and kept accusing us off doing stuff when we wasn’t,She was just straight up rude to us from the moment we walked in and would not be returning until she has been sacked

    2OwenPosted on: 3-11-2024

    Location was perfect

The receptionist didn’t like us from the very first moment, and was very nasty to us English, every noise that happened was blamed on us even on the last night when we were all in bed for 10 was accusing of making noise at 1:30 am, I would heavily recommend they get some insulation inbetween the walls and having 4 inch gaps under the doors won’t be helping either. The receptionist just wasn’t friendly at all even when we were polite from the beginning leaving the French people a bad reputation

    9AndrewPosted on: 2-12-2024

Location of the hotel is 10/10. Easy access to ski hire (next door if wanted). Lift is directly opposite the hotel. Hôtel is in the village so restaurants and facilities on the doorstep.

Breakfast is fine but really basic. Nothing hot bar a boiled egg. Probably could be improved but wouldn’t stop me returning.

    5SilvanaPosted on: 2-2-2024

    The location, the staff

I had a bed bug problem on my second night (different room than the first night). The team treated it like the urgency that it was. They didn't charge for the second night, but it's a serious problem, I hope they get rid of it.

    7KathleenPosted on: 1-15-2024

breakfast was nice - there were gluten free options. Great location - right next to the cages that went up to the ski fields. Nearby to cafes and restaurants

Very difficult to get luggage up and down three flights of stairs.

    Location, cleanness, look, bed.

Breakfast too expensive for what it is.

    7VictoriaPosted on: 12-26-2023

Hotel was lovely and cosy. Great location to ski lifts and amenities.

We had a three bed family room and housekeeping only ever made one bed?! Reception / owners were quite cold. Breakfast overpriced and not feasible for a family of four each day. Resort is expensive but we were aware before booking.
