Location and staff were so nice

First : 3 night in a row.The bass of the music is extremely loud, and I couldn’t sleep.I reported this issue every single night.Second : no facilitées

They dont care about guest,,,

Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. They deducted 339 euros from our deposit without any valid reason.When we spoke to the reception, they admitted it was a mistake on their side and promised to fix it.However, the money has still not been refunded. Every time I try to contact them by phone, they hang up on me and completely ignore my calls. This behavior is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.In addition, during our stay, the electricity went out twice, and the alarm system kept going off at night, seriously disturbing guests’ sleep. The management clearly does not care at all about guests’ comfort or complaints.Honestly, this feels like a scam. Are they really a hotel, or just a group trying to take money from guests unfairly?I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel restaurant was fine. Views from hotel were good. Overall service was fine. Ski Valet was fine.

Room service - poor. Cooked breakfasts arriving stone cold. Our room was at the front of the hotel and we were kept awake at night by the nightclub next door!! Noise started at midnight every night and went till about 3 am. A lot of people directly outside the hotel on the street, yelling directly in front of our hotel room. And cars coming and going from the nightclub. We wanted to leave the hotel but we couldn't find anywhere else at short notice. Staff shrugged their shoulders when issue raised every morning.

The friendly staff, having someone in the ski room to help put your boots on and take off at the end of the day. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble, flexible and willing to help in any way they could. The room was big, clean, well appointed, heated, comfortable bed and luxury bedding. Quiet at night, Again I say the staff were fantastic. Location for the slopes and the town was first class, right on the slope or a very short walk to the main lift station, you can be taken by mini bus too. Ski hire in the hotel.

I felt the breakfast could have been a little better, it was very good but not exceptional and repetitive. Very limited cooked breakfast, hash browns and sausage on buffet, eggs to order were good. No beans, mushrooms, tomatoes etc. Cakes were delicious, a lemon one and cherry when we were there. Plenty cheese plus smoked salmon and cold meats. The pancakes and waffles were rock hard, having been in the warmer far too long, totally not fresh and inedible. So overall it was very good but a the side of other 5 star hotels visited it was adequate. I think the hotel was quiet so to cut waste the selection had been cut. The bathroom needed upgrading, quite dated.

Ski in and ski out, friendly helpful staff, close to all facilities and restaurants, bars, cafes

Didn’t have spa facilities but we were offered the use of the hotel next door which had the BEST spa facilities I’ve used anywhere. The lobby bar wasn’t really inviting for drinks as there are no drinks on display and often was not staffed and we had to find the staff elsewhere to serve us. We found better bars in the neighborhood to enjoy pre dinner drinks.

BEST HOTEL EVER.Everything was perfect.They’re so helpful, everything is provided.The ski rental place was amazing, the workers were amazing.Enora, Aurora, and Adam. They made my visit remarkable and not to be forgotten. The room is spacious and the room cleaning was VERY CLEAN, one of the best hotels in room cleaning.We put our brand bags everywhere and nothing was stolen. So this hotel is 100/10.Perfect location.

“I was assigned a room that was extremely small, dark, and appeared quite outdated. When I requested a room change, the staff at the front desk were unhelpful and unaccommodating, despite the hotel being nearly empty. The receptionist claimed there were no other rooms available, which was untrue given the occupancy level. Unfortunately, this experience was highly disappointing, and I do not intend to stay at this hotel again.”

Rooms allocated to booking.com . Our room right at the lowest floor( 2 floor down) without any lifts !Also some sewage smell !

The location is amazing, walking distance to many great restaurants, other hotels and la Croisette, a perfect ski in ski out situation, the staff in the ski room is so kind and helpful, the reception is attentive and service is quick. The restaurant Le Café at the hotel is delicious and the breakfast room is beautiful with breathtaking views of the alps. Loved the Spa at Le Chabichou (you have access as a guest since it is a sister property). The hotel overall is pretty and very cozy. Great value for price in courchevel.

Location excellent very clean

Hotel took 700€ deposit however made you pay for all purchases immediately. Complete absence of staff in the bar which meant we only had one drink in our 7 day stay. Other guests very arrogant seemed to relish in slamming doors. Finally and a minor point. Luke warm scrambled eggs is not a great warm option for breakfast
